Agree with Timelord2067 and one of the posts above telling that it is built with Wordpress.

It doesn't even have firewall protection and it can be easily Brute-force and DDOS attack
- https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/https/de-fi.co

And no backlinks history and it is just indexed by google 3 days ago and no other pages are indexed on Google only the homepage.

You are using an outdated free theme which is Stargazer theme with a plugin called Asgaros Forum. That is why it looks like a forum but the website is not the same as bitcointalk.org which is built with "simple machine forum"

It's almost impossible to attract decent number of visitors with such name.

Seems like selling it isn't working either:
OP messed up the URL tag with one missing character.

Which is the only good thing he has made so far  Grin

Since when we started to call other forums about Bitcoin as clones of Bitcointalk? From what I see, it's not phishing Bitcointalk website. Also, it doesn't looks same like Bitcointalk. It's just another forum about Bitcoin, out of many. And I think their domain name is terrible. It's almost impossible to attract decent number of visitors with such name.

Last time I visited that site was like half a year ago I think. Took a look at the website now, and I came to the conclusion that a better tagline would be "no ads, no smm, no forum activity".

Have you guys seen https://de-fi.co ?

What are your thoughts?
Are you talking about something for the BitCointalk community...!

Not much can be thought of for one word "clone" as far as I know it can be said or can be (identical) with cells or genes.
Do you want to say that Bitcointalk is in the form of cells or genes, it didn't occur to us about that.

Why do you think Bitcointalk has cell clones and gene clones.
If I am not mistaken, the cell clones can be said to be a group that is normally synonymous with genetic traits, which all start from one cell.
gene clones, or more so-called molecular, no, no, no, no....

If that's what you mean, Bitcointalk is not the case, Bitcointalk tends to be more to the general public, not in groups.

Do you want us to visit your new cell site and gen.oh, no.

Obviously, this does not attract many users (Total members 1447), but they have price ticker not only for BTC, but also some other coins. Some members ask for that from time to time, now they can see what it would look like in this forum.

Don't be shy - you created the website yourself and you want to draw traffic to it - didn't you?
Lol, quite possible.

In any case, unless there are websites which look exactly like bitcointalk does and can somehow trick regular bitcointalk members into attempting to log into them with their credentials, I don't see why it's a big deal.  People shouldn't be using the same login details across forums anyway, so even if people were to register on a clone site (or one that's close to a clone), hopfefully they wouldn't provide enough info for their bitcointalk accounts to get hacked.

And while we're on the subject of other forums where crypto is discussed, I'm pretty sure most of them are dead at birth.  Unless a site can duplicate the signature campaigns and bounties, which are a feature almost exclusive to BCT they don't have a snowball's chance in hell of succeeding.  Not sure what the state of cryptotalk.org is right now, but even with members getting paid 1000sats per post, the site was a mess of spam and otherwise nonsense posts.  Bitcointalk has more or less a monopoly on the market for discussion boards about bitcoin--and for good reason.

What are your thoughts?

Our thoughts are that you don't know what exactly means word "clone". Your question would make sense if there also installed SMF forum (which is possible and legit, because it is free software), but forum from your link use Wordpress, completely different platform with a completely different design.

Don't be shy - you created the website yourself and you want to draw traffic to it - didn't you?

I also think this is about, this type of promotion has become common here. Though it is OP clumsily placed an incomplete link so this means nothing and has no positive value for this domain.  Wink

IIRC, there's also a close website in the past, so it's really necessary to bookmark the site we are visiting so we will not make mistakes.
Actually I made mistakes in the past, I log-in to the website bitcointalk.to and good thing I realize my mistake immediately, so what I did is that I change my password immediately, worst would happen if I was not able to, since I have no stake my bitcoin address that time.

That is not a clone in any way, but rather a forum with 72 posts so far, and 22 registered users, with no visual nor content similarities.

Well, there is this for the gullible:

Note: It does have a bitcoin/other price ticker, which is not bad if you can switch it off at will.

<...>
The link does not add the trailing "o" to the domain. You need to add it manually (and assert that you want to go to a random webpage to begin with).

P.S. I can't open the link anymore

You're probably referring to the Bitcointalk.to phishing site, the site that appears on Google's search results from time to time back then when searching for stuff concerning Bitcointalk.

How is it a Bitcointalk clone? It's just one of your typical cryptocurrency forums; not every cryptocurrency forum is a Bitcointalk clone.
