Smart investor will not just put in away to a new site which haven't a credibility. If I become an investor I will choose a credibility one although the bankroll high.
Signature campaign, social media campaign and put an ads into other site which have a target market it's necessary. Gambling site needs a lot mass advertising.

I would choose to play in old and trusted casino, than I try new casino even though those have great promotion and give big bonus, I will not choose them because I worry wouldn't get paid when I win.

The biggest issue is that these internet casinos can be located anywhere around the world. Without reputation, there is no way you can go after them if they somehow fuck up.
For playing, I would always use the ones that have been around longest. It is not like the differences in bonusses etc is that big that it is worth the risk.
