We can pay more if he accept to handle this
7.5 btc - my .65 = 6.85 btc
fee was 1% or .0685 that is 20 bucks
so for 20 bucks I give hours of labor and I safe guard 7.5btc so that it gets spent correctly on the hash.
If we win I send it out correctly.
Now you have a fair point about what is correct price for the easy service vs the price hunting service.
1% for what I agreed to do for this seems more then fair to me. As 20 bucks for 2-3 hours of labor and fund safely managed is low cost.
To hunt for cheap rentals and manage them is much more time consuming. Bots suck at it compared to hands on scanning of all orders.
and nice-west hash changed the formats the change makes my work harder as it hides info that was available. ie remaining time on all orders was viewable and is now hidden.
This reason is the single biggest reason I don't want to hunt for best price. I could explain it in detail but simply put
I could view the btc left on orders ahead of my orders and decide to stay put or go higher. This is now hidden to me and the rest of us.
It was not perfect info since a guy with 100th and .000002 btc left could add more coin. Still the info helped a lot when bargain hunting.
Also I resent that the pool op of nice/west hash could view it and make decisions based on better info then anyone else.
When I manage my own rentals it is not a big factor as i go low and if out bid I wait.
For our group waiting days if prices are high can be annoying. I also find the constant decision making to confuse the partners.
right now the lowest order on nicehash is .0073 not .0071
