1 .You mean advertising? Or data feeds with player stats, news and rankings? That is no spam, those are high velocity data feeds for fantasy football addicts. Yes there is advertising as we are generating revenue this way also. We are in states that banned cash fantasy games, so we are running ads.

2. The reason I am being so specific about how the business model works is that as a coin holder you want to know about the underlying asset driving the coin and the demand. So if the platform is successful then demand for the coin will be there and coin holders have a good road to appreciation. Even us developers understand the value will be through the coin, rather than through the game. So this is the reason I am pointing out the benefits of our model to provide potential coin buyers a view of what will be behind the coin demand, and that is use in the game. We are not even considering demand by speculation.

3. POW places all the reward on computing power which is a commodity now and that model lead us to massive server rooms playing a tug of war between thousands of computers and really out of control like Bitcoin. By moving to a hybrid model, like other coins, you can balance reward between stake holders and miners. Mining and computers are a commodity now, so they should not reap the full benefit of new coin and holders should also be rewarded. Also, staking wallets also provide network processing, but without so much waste or energy going to "mining". If you study NEM, MaidSafe, Emercoin and other hybrid coins, you will appreciate this important adjustment to the Bitcoin POW only model. I believe we provide a good balance for the network with this coin where POW and POS provide the hash power in a more environmentally effective way than just POW. Yes we can do it with 100% POW, but we feel the hybrid coins are the future and better balances the reward to the ones holding up the coin and stakeholders should be rewarded and specially if the wallets are also advancing the chain and not just miners.

We need about 800 million coin to sell into the fantasy game. Again, we have made it clear that 80% of proceeds from coin sales go back to a liquidity fund so players can cash out their coin, so in our case, we need the premine to power the fantasy sports game. Otherwise, how do we create the fantasy contests without the premine? The proceeds will go right back to providing value to the coin. We will place all of the premine coin the first year through the fantasy game or for money or value, value being going to advertising based games where people dont pay entry fee, but we make money with advertising, but with NLC, we get to give away 100 million coin over the season in exchange for play and ad revenue comes in, with a 1 Million coin weekly free roll. The reason this is so key for us is that the credit card processors are making it next to impossible to run online fantasy sports games and they are horrible to work with, charge alot, retain a reserve for months and allow chargebacks months after the charge. Yet we will to take Visa/MC on the games, and I can tell you that every time I just think to myself, "this is why cryptocoin exists", so we are more enthusiastic about the crypto players than the Visa/MC/Paypal players. The coin has been developed to power a fantasy sports platform called No Limit Fantasy Sports, thus No Limit Coin

Players will use NLC to play fantasy in a version of the fantasy platform called Crypto Fantasy Sports.

The coin demand will be by the players themselves and not by speculators. So it has a ramp, not unlike Bitcoin, but much more aggressive in terms of % of new coin to total. We adjust the sudden halving of the reward to make it less of a hit to miners and provide the same effect of halving, gradually and over more time and only once.
