I'm A Beast!

Reason I created a site like this is because I was banned for 31 days from Facebook because of a picture of Bitcoin, and it was flagged as terrorism. Facebook Staff are like Nazi's, sorry, but it's true. My other friend was also banned for sharing a few blockchain links.

As for the information, we do not sell that. Plain and simple, I have been doing website hosting for quite a while now, and I do not sell information. I am working on a SSL within the next 24-48 hours.

I am glad that those who have joined have liked it, and we are slowly growing right now.

Thanks!

P.s. You will receive an email every time you get sent a direct message, and one at the end of the day with items you missed (Didn't see) but these can be disabled by going to your account settings.

I think it's great, and I'm enjoying it already.  I never saw the point of Twitter, but this is exactly what I need to stay up-to-date on important things.

Do you know how many times I missed an update, a giveaway, or a contest because I didn't happen to notice the topic on Bitcointalk?

Do you know how many hundred-page topics I've scrolled through, trying to find out which pools were still active?

uCrypto is the perfect solution for instant updates and announcements.

I think you own the site

Then you'll be happy to know that I give my 100% guarantee that I will never share any user email address for any reason.

Of course, I'm not involved with the site at all other than the fact that I just heard about it in this topic and joined.  But I still guarantee that I won't share users' emails.

Ya I don't see a point in this website and I'm sure it won't be around for more than a month
Do not make such negative prediction. At least op is trying to do something to improve the crypto's ecosystem.

If you want your mailbox spammed with casino, viagra and scam spammails just make an account.

Lol exactly what I was thinking

Bitcoin ownership & use is supposed to be anonymous & discrete. I'd rather not sign up to a site that has my real name, email address etc. I'd advise people not to use this site.

It's not like Fight Club.  You can tell people you use Bitcoin without giving them the details of your transactions.

The website wants all your details so they can sell them to marketing-companies.
A lot of companies are willing to pay a lot of money for emails if they know the owner of the email is active in cryptocurrencies.

The site needs a lot more work. You can attract more people if you can add more features where we can't find in other social media network. We an simply use facebook and talk about bitcoins or maybe just stay here in the forum. You didn't gave us a good reason why we must use your site at all. Goodluck tho.  Wink

While it's good to have new ideas developed around the crypto scene, i don't think we specifically need an online cryptocurrency social media to directly compete with facebook. We can always use facebook to our advantage. For instance i don't see the existing  bitcoin facebook group being as active as other product brands facebook page. So why not work on it.

This site is far away from facebook in my opinion because it is brand new and it needs so many improvement, only 7 members are registered ath the moment so it needs huge social media advertisement to get active crypto lovers at one place.

yep, seems like they are doing it right now, i mean something like a huge social media advertisement, thats why they are here on this forum Wink

btw yes they are brand new, but who know, nobody start with 500k of users Wink

It's fast, smooth, and free, plus no ads which is nice!

lets see if they become popular if they still free and with no ads.

What does it have to do with cryptocurrency?
Maybe if it ran on Ethereum it would be cool.

Forcing people to use a service regularly or getting your stuff deleted, is not something I would be interested in. We all have busy life's and cannot be forced to use services.

I sign into twitter and Facebook whenever I want to, not because I am forced to do it.   Huh

"My Spaces are just like Facebook Groups, but with a better name. You may make your own “Space”. uCrypto’s Technical Team told us that users are not limited to a certain number of spaces, but the spaces made need to be active atleast once a week, and also cannot contain any spam posts. As said before, they will warn the user first if they feel that user is being abusive, after the first warning the user will be terminated permanently, both to keep the server clean and to keep the network clean from spam."

I know I'd rather use uCrypto to post updates about a coin instead of putting it on Facebook.

Even if you have plenty of Facebook friends who are into crypto, Facebook doesn't show everything in everyone's feed.  And even if your post is shown in your friend's feed, they might miss it if their other friends post 12 cat memes.
You shoud remember nearly all of the ppl are using facebook. If you want to reach the most ppl , you have to use it.

If you want to reach the people who use crypto, you have to use uCrypto.
IMO you still have a long way to go before it really can compete with facebook/twitter.  But the problem is that uCrypto is just for the crypto currency. Facebook/twitter are different, which are targeting the masses. This is the aim of crypto. Any one can use simple logic to figure out which should be used to spread the news or updates with the public.
