Looking forward to this, could make nice boost on all altcoins. Even people without ASICs (there is not so many devices out there at customers yet..) will continue to profit in the near future.

PS What's been up with bitinstant?

if its just half fast as exchange.zapto then i will be there

The site will be running on a 16 cores dedicatedserver. If not sufficient (It will but well) we will use a bigger server. We know one of important features in trading is efficiency, uptime and fast server...And it won't be a problem.

I would like to see two-factor authentication. That way if my computer picks up a keylogger or my password is compromised the attacker still can't access my account.

You could set this up with google authenticator. Please consider it Smiley Bitstamp does it.

This is planned to be added in next days, thanks for the suggestion. We are looking also to integrate a cheap sms system for sensible functions like withdraw...

My concern with ANY exchange is security, yet you mention nothing about it.

- How will you be storing the coins?
- Will anything be available for instantaneous withdrawal?
- What happens if you are hacked and lose ALL the hot-wallet coins on your server?  Will you shut down and/or force the loss on your customers, or do you have enough money on-hand to cover any potential losses yourself?
- Do you have a programmer onboard with extensive experience in security?

-We have analysed many options to implement the best transaction and storage operation. The best option seems to have a web service running on a different server and communicating with it via a web data encryption protocol. The database as well will have an salted encrypted info basically AES algorithm if you may know so eliminating post data breach as much as possible. The transactions will also be a double check feature to ensure authenticity. The wallet can be on an isolated server to avoid any downtime.

- Withdrawals will be manually processed in the first month in order to check our securities before to enable instant withdraw. When the instant withdraw will be enable, the wallet for withdraw will be loaded multi time daily to follow the demand of withdraw. We will be 3 managers on this project working 24/24, so we can easily manage this. This will avoid BIG lost in case of hack as the amount hacked will be not signifiant for the company. Now what happend in case of big hack, let say even 20 k usd or even 50k-100k. Well koddos.com bring us actually 50k USD profits pure monthly. I'm owning 50% of share of koddos since 4 or 5 years. We do have personnaly some safe ressources as well as good income so it would be ok to cover such losts if it should appears someday.

-Yes we have some very experienced programmers in our team who work on this project

The demo site looks awesome. By design/script my favourite trading site so far.

I'm thinking to offer up to 50% of shares for sales soon in BTC and LTC.
I would like to see them on LTC-Global. Do waste time and resources for an in-house exchange. LTC-Global is handy and burnside is more than trustworthy.

We usually have good relations with banks having already for personnal and business purposes 4 or 5 accounts in different country.
Make sure the banks are ok with Bitcoin. It is not the same like hosting services.

I plan to use BTCT.CO and LTC global for first batch of shares yes, as I'm usual to deal with
For banks I'm usual to deal with offshore bank ( belize, costa rica, Hong kong, seychelles....and more) for koddos.com and I often act like intermedary to register company for our customers often offering special business so I was thinking about that when I spoke about banks. I know dealing with Bitcoin is something special but handle such isnt a real problem for me.

This is maybe OT but what is the point of namecoins? Almost every usable domain has already been registered and it doesn't make sense to use them for payments.
