Hey flush, how long to approve withdrawal request? I made a deposit yesterday, played and wager almost 10x of my initial deposit in slot games. Luckily I manage to win some and I requested a withdrawal ($170) yesterday but the status is still "approving till now which is over 18hours already. Asked your live support, live support read my message but gave no reply after more than 30 minutes. Unlike yesterday, live support answered my messages fast. One more thing about your withdrawal system, yesterday I made a mistake when I pasted my address as I what I pasted on the withdrawal address box is a link of youtube video, there is no warning message and I was able to click the "withdraw" button. It will be better if you have warning message if players put wrong address or at least do not activate the withdraw button for such case.

I think you need to wait for the investigation first. I do not try to defend flush but I think waiting first is the best thing you can do right now, I know waiting for your money is annoying but forcing them will not make it better too. Hopefully there is nothing wrong and you'll get your money as soon as they (the provider) finish the investigation.
