To be fair, it is true, right now the only thing that people really want is profit, but you should also mention that 80 percent of projects are going scam or not collecting enough funds on this market. This destroys the whole image of crypto and people are worried about their money, it is normal.
If you are too doubtful about the money you invest, you will often do checks in the market, current conditions regarding the development of the coin or ICO. doubt will make you impatient that's the root of the problem. if you want to be patient then you must be sure of the investment you choose. With what? certainly with a good analysis where the coins and ICO are profitable.

What all said was true, people are now looking for fast money and that's almost impossible anywhere these days. There are quality coins with strategic investors locking out their token longer to somehow help with product development and get us the long-term growth we've always wanted. But again, I can't blame some people who are impatient and will start hating on the project right away when they don't see good results in just a matter of days/weeks.
I am sure that many new investors will come to cryptocurrency, and we will see a time for cryptocurrency to rise again like before. The cryptocurrency investment still running until now, but unfortunately, the result of the investment does not yet give a good result to the investor.

I really don't blame new investors so much for experience has taught some a bad lesson.
Just like the market situation where it changes from time to time, their experience does not mean to be the same outcome the next time they invest. Their experience makes them wiser as they continue their journey, and most new investors has a high change of failing due to lack of experience which is the most important when it comes to investing in crypto as it's pretty different here, it is more risky compared to other investment and the market is so unpredictable.
Being impatient is one big hindrance to success, they have to be patient and be matured, investment if it will give short term return then better, but if not, investors should hold and wait.

Due to the rate of project failures these days, investors are always on red alert, some of these projects even have good ratings. IEO has the fastest return of investment so far than ICO projects which i think its makes it worth the shot but i as a person is in for long term hold,its a matter of choice either long term or short term

The new investors join with high expectations. Remember this, they are "new". They go to know about bitcoin from people who made a very nice and hefty profit. They saw the price rising insanely over the years. Thus, they now expect the price to keep on rising. They don't understand that the price may fall also (since they see the average growth through out the years!). With very low of funds they expect more and more return which is not possible in crypto or any other asset class. Investment is basically a long term concept where the investors should wisely diversify the funds with carefully choosing the asset. I can understand their anxiety. Honestly, it won't be bad to hodl if you can see your cryptocurrency assets maintain a steady price. Volatility in price movement between 20% - 50% would not be so bad. But the moment you start seeing the price of your holding coins falling on a regular basis as much as 200%, then it raises a huge call for worry.
