The idea that came to my mind after seeing Bitcoin_Arena's post on the main thread:

ninjastic.space search in unedited version of the posts when we search for a content or an address. Can you make the tool search in both unedited and edited versions of the posts?

฿itcoin for all, All for ฿itcoin.
On content difference, it's still quite hard for me to know what text has been added or omitted. Maybe a side by side comparison could do? Like displaying both pages of the original and then the edited text on a popup with, maybe a yellow color highlighting the new text that has been added on the edited text side and a red color highlighting text that has been deleted/omitted from the edited text on the original text side.

For example, when I see this, I get totally confused, and perhaps it's not only me experiencing this

But in a global view, of the entire forum? Or just in an individual view per user?
In both cases, it seems like a very interesting idea to me.
I was talking about global view like we see on front page of "posts this month" graph view.
But it seems nice idea for individual profile's merit graph view also.

I would like to suggest one more idea: viewing real time users online, including how many bots are online, how many not registered people are reading something.

This is not very necessary just an interesting idea to share. Mostly influenced by shroomery.org forum.

I would like to see a merit graph which shows merit transactions per day. like we see post per day graph already on https://ninjastic.space/ website.
Posts of the day kind of section where we can see what are the most hot posts of the day, in which higher amount of merits transacted in 1 day time period.

That is, the link to the account should be hidden under the nickname, so that the nickname is clickable.
Yes, it’s giving you the bbcode which when used on the forum displays the list with clickable usernames. It’s supposed to work like that.

I understand that this bb code should work like this. But it's not working for me. I drew this picture of a clickable nickname myself to show that in my understanding it should work like this. But it doesn't work that way for me. I copied the bb code from your post, I didn't remove or add anything. And it doesn't want to show clickable nickname. I can not understand why. Oh well, okay. Probably the problem is on my side.

The nickname is only clickable when creating a post on the forum, and not on the website.
What Ninjastic.space provides is just the BB Code for you to use on the forum, and not for use on the website.

What you wanted was for it to also be possible to use on the website, is that it?

I apologize, but this format doesn't work for me for some reason. I have the list displayed as in the picture. So there are no links like yours. What am I doing wrong? Where's the mistake? Can you tell me, please. I think I copied your line correctly.

I can’t see anything wrong?

As far as I'm concerned, it's not supposed to be like this. It's supposed to be like this picture. That is, the link to the account should be hidden under the nickname, so that the nickname is clickable. Or am I misunderstanding something?

My suggestion is the same:
Can’t you do that already?

Format example:

Code:
{number}. [url=/index.php?action=profile;u={uid}]{username}[/url] [{count}]

Which generates:

Code:
1. [url=/index.php?action=profile;u=110685]ChartBuddy[/url] [256]
2. [url=/index.php?action=profile;u=3]satoshi[/url] [238]

1. ChartBuddy [256]
2. satoshi [238]

I apologize, but this format doesn't work for me for some reason. I have the list displayed as in the picture. So there are no links like yours. What am I doing wrong? Where's the mistake? Can you tell me, please. I think I copied your line correctly.

Another suggestion:
In the Activity Board area, next to the circular graph we have a table with the list of the 10 boards where we post the most. And where we have the "all time" "30 days" "7 days" filter. So far everything is fine.
What I suggested would be to add two things to this table: the possibility of filtering by 1 day; and the total sum of results from that table (the post total).

(If this is a repeated suggestion, I apologize in advance for this repetition.)

BPIP has this already.
That's not a reason for ninjastic.space not to have it too, since it became sort of standard for signature campaigns and ninjastic has merit tab already. There wouldn't be need for a new tab either, just replace 3 month merit data for 4 months (assuming that's a trivial change).

Would it be possible to create a manual option for the user, when entering the post on Ninjastic, to ask the bot to do a new scrape?
That would be a good upgrade instead of using archive.is for this.

If anyone can do this by pressing the button it will lead the spamming of bot to scrape bitcointalk and will end up blocking the ip address if ninjastic bot.
It's similar to BPIP's "REFRESH PROFILE" button, the bot will just have to do it's own rate limiting when needed.

Quote
- i guess adding the last 120 days or 4 months in merit tab will be helpful where applying campaign as managers required it.
BPIP has this already.

Not exactly! That's why I said that the user would have to wait a few minutes or hours to get the result.
The system may be set to only perform on-demand scrapings once per day. And this way, it will not overload the system.

Furthermore, the bot currently scrapings almost live. A few seconds or minutes after we make a post, it is already listed on Ninjastic. Therefore, I think this question does not arise. Even so, I only believe that this type of scraping should only be done once a day.

About the suggestion.

I wonder if you could add a feature so it doesn't return results from some users.
Sometimes I use it with vague terms cause I'm not really sure about the topic or the discussion, and the results are filled by garbage posts like this guy is making:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/stan-nordfx-1383175
and these walls of text have every single damn keyword in it, my mouse screams in pain as I scroll down and now maybe I'm ending with carpal tunnel syndrome with 3 weeks of digging ditches on my tablet. And he isn't the only one, there are a few more wall-of-text lovers that just make these types of searches harder than they should be.

Second, would it be possible to restrict the search to deleted or modified posts?  Roll Eyes

Oh, and if there is already a trick in place to achieve those, I will see myself out.

If you edit a post 10 times, or edit a post after 1 day, 7 days, … there is no way for me (and my bot) to know since keeping track of every change is impossible.

Would it be possible to create a manual option for the user, when entering the post on Ninjastic, to ask the bot to do a new scrape?

For example, I checked the post on Ninjastic, and there was a button there asking for scraping. The request was placed on a waiting list, and when possible, the bot would scrape again. The person had to wait a few minutes or up to a few hours (depending on the number of requests), and then check whether or not there were changes.

Based on my thread about growing SEO spam[1], is it possible to add more filter on post/thread search option?
1. Contain link.
2. Using small font.
3. Using weird/bright color. For example "beige" or "#FFFFFF".
4. Created by user with specific current rank.

If those feature are available, we might able to catch more SEO spammer. Other than, maybe you should mentioning existence of your API on your homepage. I forget you offer API until i re-read ANN thread.
