Maybe for now but I think it still too soon for cryptocurrency to actually overtake traditional businesses. Just because this time most countries still in lockdown with most businesses affected so crypto becomes a channel for investors to invest but what will happen after that? All I can say now is a good chance for crypto to marketing it toward average mass who looking to other channels to invest. That it.
yes, if the COVID-19 problem can be resolved, there is a high chance that the world will return to normal and the crypto industry can be even better. At present the situation of the crypto market is slowly starting to show an increasing trend, on the other hand the adoption of crypto continues to increase, people are starting to look for jobs online including taking part in this industry and large companies are starting to adopt crypto.
The new normal might just see a stabler cryptosphere, with a better educated and aware investor.
It's the just major coins that are growing and altcoins seem to be left struggling still. If you are holding some altcoins that aren't growing for a long period of time, it's best to just exchange it with BTC.
The new normal world is just harsher than what the previous normal though. The only who will survive this new normal are the ones who are holding huge bags.

Yeah, I also think the same. Crypto, by some strange reason and stigma around it, makes not many people really consider it as a form of investment. But when everything turns upside down, the traditional practice of investment and business becomes unprofitable make way for crypto to shine, open eye for a lot of people. Really a blessing in disguise, indeed. 
The popularity of crypto currencies is now increasing compared to 2018 or 2019, it seems that because after the halving and pandemic, people really like investing in cryptocurrencies, if it has become a habit, then crypto currencies will always be used, new normal will be the better in crypto currencies

You could say that the economies of the countries hit by Covid19 are currently experiencing a collapse, including my country. For entrepreneurs it is very difficult to get back up, and many people have lost their jobs because the company cannot afford to pay wages (effect of covid19). of course cryptocurrency has a good opportunity to be used as an alternative investment and as a means of non-cash payment (especially bitcoin).
No doubt that in times of crisis like this, it will always affect the economy and the traditional market. The sudden stop of most businesses from operating, limited export and import, job losses, and more, it will surely have a decline in the economy and the market. But as for cryptocurrency, since it's isn't directly related to the individual economy of a certain country, it's a good alternative for the people to make investments. And this just shows the opportunity that the crypto market has. but I have a little question, whether people will be busy looking for new business opportunities by getting into cryptocurrency, or will only focus on how to deal with being the most beautiful of Covid19 and leave the rest to the government ... !!!!!!
Not everyone is really open to this kind of adoption or investment, so when they struggle, they just depend and blame everything on the government without really looking at other opportunities they can get. There are many aspects that will make crypto better. The fear of inflation of fiat money is very high. So peoples nowadays wants to invest in gold and bitcoin. Besides of bitcoin they will discover the cryptocurrency market and will be convinced by the new technology of many projects.
When banking reduces the interest rate, as well as business, closing down because of Covid, the traditional ways of invest aren't popular anymore. This allows cryptocurrency to take a foothold and introduce its revolution blockchain tech. When someone falls, other will raise and I'm glad this is the turn for cryptocurrency to overtake the traditional ways of invest.

I also think crypto investment will be beneficial to a lot of people, because of the economic crisis as a result of the pandemic many people will look for a better alternative in crypto because this gives better profit than traditional investment.
Popular Cryptos are doing better than traditional investment. Whole crypto market is doing improvement during covid pandemic where traditional businesses are suffering a lot. So large companies, banks found crypto as better field of investment and thereby most of the giants have separate arms to handle crypto assets. They are adding cryptos mainly btc, eth, defi into investment portfolio. Good days are coming if we survive through Covid19
Yeah it is already evident from last couple of months and it seems like now the big guys want to take a big part of crypto market and this trend will continue till next 2 to 3 years now and i think crypto will be mass adopted for payments and remittances atleast. 
Covid caused the world to collapse, many countries were severely affected by this pandemic and it also caused the global economy to go down. Without Covid we would have seen Bitcoin surpassing ATH and this market would probably be the same as 2017. But it didn't work out like that, anyway I hope Covid will soon controlled and have vaccinated
Bitcoin is in a bull run right now and can easily surpass it's all time high in a matter of few months, you have to either wait patiently or just ask your friends to buy bitcoins in the mean time it reaches its ATH. COVID once gave whole economy a major shock in the start of the month of March but bitcoin recovered well in response of that bear cycle even better than the stock markets and now with the altcoin pump incoming it will be fun to watch it all. Also cryptocurrency use should be encouraged in the general public to make contactless payments in between the people so as to stop the transmission chain of COVID.

Its just prove that cryptospace industry cant be restricted by a mere pandemic. Yes at first, the market exploded like a bomb and fall down hard but from there, we can see interested community and people and makes that an opportunity to buy more during the big dump and now for sure those people are now celebrating with profits and its not the end yet. Chances of getting a continuous pump is on the way.
