for this year, I only participated in project 1 because if you look at it from 2018 to 2019 there are many scam projects and that is not good for our work. be more careful in choosing projects.
I did not invest in the year 2018 because the market value of the token was very low in 2018 and token for any good investment and not getting. And if I'm looking for a good quality token in 2019, I think I'll be able to check it and then invest it.

I only look this project that i joined in signature campaign, HARA project. Because it is project from my country and people look very hype with this. Actually this project held bounty campaign in past don't know why they open bounty again in bountyhive.
I can say that projects in 2019 will be much better than the year 2018 but more risky than ever. because the scams are getting bigger. In the year 2018 many bounties came out beautiful, and I expect this year that more projects will come out more beautiful than the year.

Promising projects are depends on market situation because plenty of project only circulated in market so good projects are hard choose in this year.But we have one chance, that is once market will recover automatically many projects are possible to enter the market.

I don't see any long term potentials on the new projects that entered this year. Many of them have already an existing kind of platform in which some are just revised and I don't think it would be useful for a long term process.

In early 2019 there were only a few successful ICO projects, but its success was excellent. The price of those ICOs has increased many times compared to ICO prices. Obviously, the ICO in 2019 was much better than in 2018

Zero. It's not safe to invest to new projects during so bearish market. The risk of loss is much higher than the chance to get reward. Wait for a bit more and save your money through this uneasy period.

So you are going to take risk again even if the market is still bearish?I wouldn't conside this as a good time to invest on the new crypto related projects util the end of bear ternd.
The bitter truth is that many new projects are either pointless or over rated. Some only look interesting on white paper, but there won't be any development after token sale. Well, there are some cool new projects which are really trying hard with development and use cases.
