This has been the norm, we saw this happened in 2017 with many scam projects ranging from lending coins and biweekly profit platforms. Funny people never learn their lessons, they will always still fall for this, lack of emotional intelligence.
Basically, greediness must be the major causes towards issues of these nature, many think the jungle is still feel with free stash of coins that they can just get to their self. The days are already here again, maybe they have learned from the past and will not fall into these obvious scams. Some of my friend investors on cryptocurrency platform, lost to many of these platforms and almost scam them with $1000. I have learned from the past and will be more careful this time.

There are projects that were suddenly revived which there are now discussions in their telegram channel which were very silent in the past years. If they are not coming back to scam once more, they may be able to pull it up right now by somehow listing the tokens they created the last time they are around.
With this I think the market is not safe for new projects to rise. I joined Sheng project since they partnered with reputable projects too.

It is good that there is a lot of new projects who are getting started right now, this is a good news as well as a bad news. The good news is there are so many new projects that the people will be able to participate but the bad news is if that it is a hard time to know if the project is a legit or not. Frankly it is very hard for us to trust new projects because i'm the past years and past months there are a lot of new projects out that have been scam and not legit so let us be careful again for those new projects. Works similarly for me. And as for now, are you following (or just having in mind) many such platforms? Cause I would say that I am aware of only 1 or 2 most advanced and attractive blockchain based solutions

Well i think the crypto space already had it's correction and we are seeing less of scam projects this 2019. I can confidently say new projects are emerging with lots of prospect like :
1. Alchemy recently partnered with binance to provide payment solutions to binance products.

It needs to be careful when choosing a new project because indeed when the price of Bitcoin starts to move up, scams start to appear. It's hard to choose a good new project but if we do research, I think we will avoid fraud

Unfortunately last year, most of the new projects have either turned into scams or failed. And only a few projects have been successful. For this reason, we must be very careful before investing in a new project, and we must do extensive research on this project.
Only few projects will be worth it so keep your eyes open and do better research, presently there are some projects that are plain scam and people aren't aware of them, some are even promoting them

Must better to checked it first even if the CM is trusted because there are time the bounty they hold are be going scam sometimes. They are coming out from their hiding place to take their own share of what crypto offers from the gullible users, we all should be careful of these projects coming up now as close to 90% and even more don't have the best interest of users, they are only after their own satisfaction.
Furthermore, even if we would like to invest, starting from good research is the best way to begin followed by investing wisely not your entire balance as most of these upcoming projects are not to be trusted; and just like earlier stated, not putting all trust on new projects is also good.
