I guess it has been always a jackpot hunter type of website and that is why there is always a low number of turnout on any given moment and most of them are just there for the jackpot. They have never been one of the places that actually does anything for the players who do not care about the jackpot, like the regular people who do not play the jackpot but just the crash part like in the bustabit people, they do not really come here, this is not the place for that, this place is only viable and entertaining if you want to play the jackpot game and that number is very low.

In the end, they only know themselves if they are happy or not, if they are not happy with the number or the profits, they know what they can change, if happy then they can continue what they are doing.

I guess you have already registered an account with that email address. Go to log in page, click on "Forgot Password" and reset your password.

I tried that and the email doesnt work but that shouldn't be the problem because this is my first time ever visiting the website and I have tried two different emails at this point with the same problem. I am also using tor to connect to the website, could this be the problem?

In the email i received the wagering requirement was 100% not 100x. 100x means a 10000% wagering requirement. Obviously i lost everything as 10000% wagering it's almost impossible to archive. Shame on me that had trusted rocketpot.

The wagering 100x requirement is mentioned on the site 2-3 times before you actually get to activate it and was also mentioned on the forum

We think it's a fair requirement and in line with what most other sites do

Just bear in mind,,, never click on any link at all from any email. To me, even if the offer is real, which now OP confirms it is, it should be something you can claim from inside your account. That is, without the need to click inside your email, you should be able to login normally and enter a voucher.

Just never click on anything you do not trust (but you can whitelist the email!).
