That's not looking good at all - I already stated quite some time ago that communication with them has been terrible so I deactivated them on my website - such a lack of communication wasn't professional at all and what others stated in this thread didn't make it any better. I like the website design it’s user friendly.
They say withdrawals are instant. But I am waiting more than hour. If they send my little win i will update
the post. I also e-mailed support.
It seems good fair site now. My only concern is withdrawals. Maybe they are doing that manually.

I think the proof is not necessary at this stage because an allegation has been made which has not been refuted by the OP therefore if the OP accepts the claim then he has no reason to upload evidence but if the OP counter-claims then it is essential for bobyhodob to post evidence.

We need to listen to what rocketpot has to say but considering this is the same place that has given out so much money so far, I doubt that they would be out there trying to steal 1 bitcoin from some gambler.

I think the best way to go from here would be you providing us with proof that this happened, otherwise I can claim the same thing, who says you are honest or not, so a proof would be a lot better. Secondly after you provide us with proof (considering you can) rocketpot would have to defend their decision as well.

Yes he has been logging in here but does not seem to be posting here to explain his version of events. This is very frustrating because recently when a forum member was asking questions about why their bankroll investment was no longer appearing the OP took a long time to reply even though he was logging in here.

Better to send OP a pm or contact them by email, if you have done it but you get no responses then you can start to create a scam accusation thread.
You are the 2nd user who complain about withdrawal which is not working in the last few weeks.
Previously someone complained about 0.2btc withdrawal, but there is no updates whether it is fixed already or yet to be fixed.
From these complains, we can consider that something wrong is happening with the site so it is a warning for anyone here who want to play.
At least wait till all the issues are resolved first.

At this stage the alarm bells are ringing and things do not look great but the OP has replied saying they are undergoing an update. Maybe the server has been upgraded with incompatible software and they are trying to fix it - we do not know but it does not look good when investors are worried their bankroll investment.
I never really understood scams in casinos because if you own a casino that is even semi-operational you could make a ton of money with it, why try to risk what you have and get out with limited amount of funds? Normally if you scam people, even if you steal 1 million dollars which is enough money to retire in many parts of the world, you would still just retire with one million dollars and that's it, nothing more.
Whereas if you can manage to keep a casino going as further as you can, we are talking about millions of dollars in profit and on top of that you could later on sell it to someone for same amount anyway. Which is why I think exit scam by a casino owner is the most short sighted thing anyone can do, it makes no sense at all to me and I would rather not play there anymore even if it is not exit scam since they already abruptly went awol.

Do you have any evidence to support your claims? The OP did post to say the website is getting a technical update, maybe something went wrong with your win as a result of that?
Besides what you claim, I think it is not appropriate for the site owner to not even update the website to inform website visitors what is going on and when you add to that no information is being sent out to bankroll investors then things are not looking good.
