I suggest using the payout button to send the 3000 to your microwallet account, frequently, so that you keep earning your level bonuses. Thanks for the report, still looking at the problem. Thanks!

I understand now...just read the rule about level...

The rules need updating: it is now 24 hours before level starts to degrade so play at least one ticket per day to keep your level.
