@PulseProject, what changed your mind to have this crowdfunding / crowdsale / ICO?

Also you are conducting a crowdfunding with NO ESCROW? Also no website like the recent ICO's / crowdsales / crowdfunds.
And "crowdfund" price looks to be high price (~416 sats for the 0.5BTC per 120000 PULSE / 400 sats 1BTC per 250000 PULSE). Exchange price is currently <100 sats, way below crowdfund price advertised.
And C-CEX just announced a list of coins to be delisted if not enough volume trade in next 30 days & PULSE is included in the announce list.
