Welcome to the forum!!

Firstly, start reading the pinned post on every section of the forum. Understand the rules and start posting. Choose the thread which you know and try to share your thoughts about that topic. Also, read other posts how they are posting. You can refer this thread "Missing Out The Important Topics!!" where you can find all the useful topics.

If you have any doubts related to Crypto, then you can ask in this forum by creating threads.

Since you already got some answers for newbies like you. I'll only give you advice on what to do as a newbie so you can start what you want to do. There is a very important information that every newbie should know and that is the forum rules that we must follow to have a decent forum for everyone. You may get annoyed or get angry to some people but don't let it get you and voice out what comes from your mind. By the way, Welcome to the Bitcointalk Forum.

As far as I can see, you have already received many good tips and links that can help you with the basics of using the forum. I think it's important that you take the time and study slowly, and if you don't understand something, ask for additional explanation. In addition to the rest, these are some golden rules of the thumb:
1) Everyone has a reputation (or Trust). So breaking the rules or scamming will most likely net you some negative rep from the seniors.
2) Plagiarism is a one-time permanent ban. Don't copy, or link it to the original post if you do.
3) You can't link images unless you either purchase the Copper membership or rank up as a Junior Member (1 Merit)
4) Many join this forum for the sake of earning money from signature campaigns. If you happen to join one, stick by the rules. If you aren't able to due to rank, don't spam your way through. You'll see deleted posts more often or worst case scenario, a ban from point #2.
5) theymos is the boss around here. You might see his name here and there, so try not to piss him off or get him involved for the wrong reasons.

You can also watch this video. The vid was posted in that thread and it covers the basics of getting started and the topics of each board in the site. It wasn't me that created it btw. I'd advise you to just visit some boards and threads and see how discussions occur between them and try to learn while your at it since that's basically what the site is looking for, to learn.

Try going through the proposed welcome message by theymos, it is yet to be implemented, but it contains a broad overview of the forums guidelines and regulations compiling that into a succinct, easy to read text.
*Follow the link to get the full post
Here's a draft of a welcome message for new users. The user will see it on the screen confirming their registration, and it'll also be available in the help center at any time.

There are also detailed explanation on the various boards and sticky threads to help you out, if you're willing to read them.

I really need your help how to use this forum

You use Bitcointalk pretty much like how you use almost every single forum that has existed since the beginning of the internet. You ask questions, you discuss, you argue(in a civilized manner); pretty much the same things you do on social media.

Just read the sticky thread here in beginner's board, specially this one: Newbies - Read before posting.

About the general usage of the forum, bitcointalk is basically the same as other SMF (simple machines) forums.
Just read this for the basic functions: https://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Category:As_a_regular_user, specially the help link.
