For newbie, you should understand rule of this forum. When you post, please make a good quality post, dont spam. It take effect to your activity. If your post not counted, automatically your activity not update. Every activity take effect to your rank. If you have high rank ( min. I totally agree with that! As a newbie the first thing to do is to read and read more. Its the key to understand and be able to adopt and eventually share more to every interested persons about this work.

First try to find answer via Search than ask a question
Most of what you're looking for can already be found using the search function.
