Hi, should there be a rules against newbies(alt accounts) that is only purpose is for making a topic and nothing more? I am not saying that newbies should not be allowed to create new topics just because they are newbies. it's just that I think some members of the forum are creating new accounts just to the sole purpose of creating new topics where he/she can post.
I found several newbies account that has majority of their post are topics.
