The ICO market is still there but the sale has been lower than expected due to the market isn't so well with the current status. 2019 here we go and there's another hype investment that everyone is getting crazy with, it's the IEO's. I totally agree with you, the biggest problem we had in 2017 where the newbies who had little or no knowledge of crypto trying to enter the market in order to make huge profit and made away with is, though I wouldn't blame it fully on them but also on the people who told them about cryptocurrency, maybe they were told just about how the price is growing and how they can make a lot money from it.
