Can you post the amazon seller? You select the amazon seller without looking if they are trusted enough. You should be blamed for the amount being scammed.

Uninteresting case. Three parties:

1) Poksak
2) Newdeal2014
3) Amazon seller (Bits of Cool

It seems Poksak honored their part of the deal (independently verified by Blazr). It seems Newdeal2014received a battery instead of a miner (unverified)

There are two obvious scenarios:
1) The Amazon seller scammed by sending a battery instead of a miner.
2) Newdeal2014scammed by receiving the miner but claiming they received a battery.

I am leaning towards 1) but there's no evidence to support it. In both cases there is no blame on Poksak because he ordered the exact item that Newdeal2014requested.

Most importantly, neither party seems genuinely interested in resolving the issue. Instead they're acting like little kids having a nice e-tantrum together.

i fight for my right.. but for newbie like me, its better well known member in this forum act as judges because i believe they have more experiences if something like this happen..

E-tauntrum? I asked the OP repeatedly via PM to contact the seller/Amazon. He refused. He is in control of the Amazon account making the order. It is his responsibility to deal with this problem. There is no reason for him to NOT be resolving this aside from that he cannot provide security question information for the account because it's bogus, and/or he is using bogus AGCs.

I can't make it more clear: I have tried to work with him, and I FOUND this thread. He's spamming my PM box EVEN WHILE THIS THREAD GOES ON with taunts and asking me for money. This is bordering on extortion at this point.

Who select the amazon seller? Is the amazon seller trusted enough?

I selected the seller by SIMPLY SELECTING THE FIRST RESULT WHEN YOU TYPE ANTMINER S5 INTO AMAZON. I don't know the seller at all.

And that's when I'm done with this thread. My personal information is being posted on the internet with no regard for the facts of this situation. I have nothing more to say here. If anyone genuinely cares (And isn't trying to up their post count), I will send you the entire collection of PMs between the OP and I. Other than that, this issue is over.

I'm glad I didn't lose any money on this scam. I'm thankful for that at least.

I'll give this another 24 hours to resolve and then I'm done with this thread/situation. In the end, I haven't lost anything but time. That's better than losing over $400 on some Amazon scam.
If the OP listens to my advice then you will likely also have lost your freedom Wink
Quote
@poksak if the OP gave you a signed message with sufficient bitcoin to pay you and such address still has sufficient bitcoin to pay you then I would give him until morning to pay you when you will contact the police if he has not. Otherwise I would give him 3 days max until you contact the police.

if you contact the police sooner rather then later then NewDeal will have less time to sell/get rid of the S5 that he received so when the police are able to search his house it will be more likely that they find it, meaning a higher chance for a conviction

I don't have an S5. I don't have any bitcoin miners at all. That's the ENTIRE PROBLEM. I HAVE NOTHING BUT A USELESS ITEM THAT I CAN'T EVEN RESELL. I'M BASICALLY HAVING MY REPUTATION RUINED AND I'M NOT EVEN GETTING MONEY OUT OF IT. YOU'RE ESSENTIALLY SUPPORTING MONEY LAUNDERING ON AMAZON.
You are speculating that the OP is engaging in money laundering. You have received no additional hard evidence (besides a message from an unknown sender who you purposefully withheld the identity of). If you did think hat the OP was laundering money as of when you placed the order then you would have been engaged in money laundering as well Wink

That is between you and amazon. This does not concern the OP.

No. You're wrong. He ordered the item. Period.

Quote
It is understandable that he wants his money first. The agreement was that he order a specific product from a specific seller, he fulfilled his part of the bargain. You should give him his money you owe him and then he can attempt to work with the seller on amazon.

No. Not at all. If YOU fucking send coins ahead of time for an amazon order, WATCH HOW FAST THEY REPORT THE GC/ACCOUNT AS HACKED/STOLEN AND YOU GET FUCKING SCAMMED.

Also, watch how fast Amazon charges YOUR card for the items.

Let me repeat that: IF YOU PAY BITCOINS AHEAD OF TIME FOR AMAZON, YOU ARE ASKING TO BE SCAMMED. IT HAPPENED LAST YEAR AND STILL HAPPENS ALL THE TIME.

Quote
Doesn't matter. Bitcoin has value and stealing it is larceny. You do not need to steal money to be guilty of larceny.

No. Just no. I'm not getting into this debate with you. I'm not even in the wrong here, so this is moot.

Quote
If you sticks to the facts that he set forth in this thread then he would certainly not be liable for defamation. He did follow through on his part, you have not. Regardless of if you actually received that battery from the amazon seller or not you are most likely guilty.

No. He's accusing me of scamming him. I am accusing him of scamming me. I have proof that I did not receive my item, along with a well-documented pattern of suspicious behavior (Selling Amazon balances for starters). Don't even. He's fucking laundering money through Amazon, and that's that.

Quote

I will not give some newbie my money so he can run off with it. If he works this out with the seller and I receive my miner, I will send him the bitcoins with a tip for being an intelligent human being. But see, that won't happen. He's a money launderer and a fraud, and he refuses to even take a single step towards a positive resolution.

You are not reputable. Two deals is nothing. It was scammy for you to refuse escrow in the first place. An escrow setup would be one similar to what just happened. You would send bitcoin to escrow, the OP would place an order for you, once the items are delivered the escrow would release the funds to the seller. If there is a dispute then the escrow can log into the seller's amazon account to make sure the order was not canceled.

Oh HORSESHIT. If I wanted to scam someone, I would have scammed crowetic THE MOMENT HE SENT HIS BITCOINS. If I wanted to scam someone I would have NOT POSTED HERE. If I wanted to scam someone, I would have NOT ACCEPTED ESCROW ON MY WESTERN UNION TRANSACTIONS. Please.

I've never done business with you, Quickseller, but I'll tell you this: You have a reputation for jumping on someone. That's not wrong in itself, but you're picking the wrong person here.

I'll give this another 24 hours to resolve and then I'm done with this thread/situation. In the end, I haven't lost anything but time. That's better than losing over $400 on some Amazon scam.

Bitmain is selling the S5 on amazon, why didn't you pick them? Your agreement was for the OP to purchase a specific item listing on amazon from a specific seller in exchange for bitcoin. If he followed through on is end then you owe him the amount of bitcoin that was agreed upon. If the amazon seller scammed you then you need to work with amazon and the OP to get a replacement or a refund.

I picked the first result in the list for Antminer S5. That should be Bitmain.
That is between you and amazon. This does not concern the OP.
I attempted to work with the OP OVER AND OVER to resolve this as I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING. He REFUSES to contact Amazon. He REFUSES to contact the seller. He ordered a bogus item from Amazon and REFUSES to even TRY to resolve it.

Since you gave the OP your address if the order is not canceled and you do not pay him then the OP could easily contact the police. Your address in Alexandra,VA would not make it difficult to find you. My understanding of VA law based on my quick google search reveals that stealing the amount you have stolen is Grand Larceny, is a felony and is punishable by between 1 and 30 years in jail (likely closer to the former then the later)

A: Bitcoins are not currency.
Doesn't matter. Bitcoin has value and stealing it is larceny. You do not need to steal money to be guilty of larceny.
B: I hope that this scammer TRIES to report me to my local precinct. I swear to god almighty I will not only beat the charge, I will immediately file a defamation suit so fucking fast his head will spin. I have done nothing wrong here. I have received a bogus item, and I will not pay for that bogus item. That's where the debate ends. Period. End of discussion.

If I had received my miner, we wouldn't even be talking about this. Again, I've sent goods WHILE BEING PAID AHEAD OF TIME with no trouble whatsoever. This is the one problem I've had, and it isn't on me. The OP either needs to contact Amazon/Bitmain and work this out, or admit that he tried and failed to launder an Amazon's balance. Either way, this isn't on me.
That is between you and amazon. This is not the OP's problem. You should have picked a more reputable amazon seller.

Give Blazr your amazon email address and password via PM (if you both agree) and he can confirm that the order was in fact not canceled.

Ugh, getting me involved?

LOL! I'll do it if you guys want. I can login and check the order was for a miner and it's not cancelled.
If you are comfortable logging into someone else's amazon account. According to this screenshot it was NewDeal that suggested the specific amazon seller so he should be held responsible if the seller scammed, not the OP

I literally just picked whatever Amazon seller was selling S5s. My only problem is that I didn't receive an S5. I got some bogus item. Either way, I'm not paying for it.

I have no problem paying for what I wanted, but this is just stupid.

I received this LITERALLY HOURS AFTER I POSTED IN THE OPs THREAD THAT I WAS WORKING OUT A DEAL.

mate, no worries..we believe u for sake of antminer. im the one who scam u..are we good?..we should get in touch or maybe go on holiday in maldives or paris together..

Keep running your mouth. I offered to work this out with you. I told you via PM many times to contact Amazon/the Seller. You refused. You refused to try and find out what went wrong. Keep it up. I swear to God, I will find you and sue you for defamation and fraudulent representation. Go on. Make jokes, be sarcastic.

Quote
He gave me the login, he definitely ordered it and it wasn't cancelled. I have more screenshots and a video recording of me logging in if necessary.

No one believes the order was canceled. I'm just telling you that I received a box of crap (An item I cannot even use) and I don't want it. I don't want it and I'm not paying for it. That's really the end of it.

I trusted the OP to order me something from Amazon. He constantly spammed me asking if the item had arrived even though we had tracking (AND HE EVEN CLAIMED THAT USPS DIDN'T TRACK THE SHIPMENT, THEN SUDDENLY THEY DID). He constantly tried to get me to pay merely a day or hours before the package arrived. The package arrived, I signed for it, I opened it, and discovered that it's all bullshit. I then went downtown to attend to other business (not related), and the OP spammed me asking for payment. I told him I would send pictures of the contents of the package when I got home, and he CONTINUED to spam me asking for payment/proof.

I get home, take pictures, and find that he has already opened this scam accusation against ME when all I did was sign for a package I expected to be an Antminer S5.

I can't stress this enough - I'm not interested in this user or his story. I received nonsense delivered TO MY DOOR, and I'm not paying for it.

I can provide PMs of this user attempting to get me to send funds outside of escrow BEFORE THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED.

You have nothing to lose, but if you are scamming he now has your personal information. Which IMO is worth a lot more than $400, either way if you aren't compromising with Poksak good luck having your personal info posted all around the internet for everyone to see Via Google.
