The organizers of the discussion are the Chamber of Trade and Industry of the RF and the Russian Crypto Currency and Blockchain Association.

Hope that a draft law on crowd investing and distributed registry will be announced during this meeting. And maybe there is a chance that a free glossary will be shown based on a recently held meeting at AP.
