Finally had out first loss after so many days yesterday , In the Instituto game both teams ended up scoring. I would still argue that it was a solid pick, just that Instituto who was an underdog got lucky in the start and got one goal in.

Steaua is not bad team at all they already play in UCL many times and Partizan is trying first time to reach in main round so its not easy for them to beat Steaua

Yes its Asian handicap. Best way to remember is think about it like this.
If Team A vs Team B , and the tip is for B +0.25 , then it means team B starts the game with a lead. So if the final score is 1-1 , then it will become 1-1.25, therefore B wins.
Similarly any other + or - , means add or subtract that from the goal in the start of the match. So that team will essentially be starting with a lead or behind.
