Thank You,
Viz.

Let me know if you need anything else.

Working on that after Nexus 2.0 as far as integrated or separate CPU/GPU pools, Web UI, GPU pool miners, etc.

Thank You,

It would be great if we could use the Viz pool for GPU miners and cestballot pool the way it is for the cpu guys.

Viz Pool I've kept down since cestpool is the main one now, you would be required to download a pool miner in order to mine on the pool, or download a CPU solo miner to search using your wallet. There is also a GPU channel with independent released rewards and difficulty adjustments if you wanted to use your GPU as well, for this you would need to download a version of SK miner.

Pools are still under development as I have built them all from scratch, I will progress more on their development after I release Nexus 2.0. Currently only pool is for the CPU channel

Any other questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Thank You,
Viz.

Is coin a fucking scam? The pools don't work. How do you mine this shit?

If you think it is scam , what are you doing here ...
You could just move on...

It breaks down like this for n = 4, which would mean 4 blocks back in the average:

This will compute the average time (T) of 4 blocks, but with a different weight to each one, so the first block back would have the most influence over the time T in the average. This puts more power to the difficulty change on the most recent block, with this being reduced the further back the average is built from such as weight of 4 for first, 3 for second, 2 for third, and 1 for fourth.

I have no idea what that equation is but it fits in, it fits in good.

Just know that things are happening.

So everyone knows what I've been up to. Working out a variable weighted average difficulty equation to provide more consistency in difficulty adjustments, this will be applied to nPoS, CPU, and GPU channels. Reason for this development is the volatility of the current difficulty adjustments due to inherent randomness in work calculations from being targeted every block. Once I complete this adjustment I will release a public testnet so we can get the nPoS, CPU, and GPU difficulty up to ensure that block production is kept properly timed. I will work towards getting this public testnet up by Monday. If all goes smoothly [which means more testers == better data == I can verify faster == release sooner] then we can move to the full release with time-lock on the main net.

Here is the equation I am implementing for the new Block Version 4 difficulty adjustments:

This will start n at given blocks back from current, and increase the weight of the timed average to give higher weight to the average on more recent blocks, but still allow previous blocks included to influence the difficulty adjustment.

Thank You,
Viz.

yes this. just let it soak in and it will make sense Smiley
