Getting an escrow will be the best move and IIRC that signature of full member looks identical as chronobank.io's.

Even signing that address to show his ownership of it does not still guarantee payment. He should get an escrow. He is a noob and that is a dangerous sign running a signature campaign.

members who applied here are i think too desperate enough because they cant be accepted in any other campaign or maybe they just need a money badly.

Edit: i see that op has a twist in order to increased the pay rates. but i guess that is risky because you will only use his sites address in order to get qualified for the increased pay.

Firstly, i want to sorry if my comment make you uncomfortable.
- I saw that you are newbie, i advise you should rent a third party to run your campaign
- Payment for your campaign is too low, Legendary/Hero Members: 0.00006 BTC per post and Maximum 35 constructive posts per week so they can earn 0.0021 BTC per week. It's too low, i see that Legendary/Hero Members can earn at least 0.01 or above per week in most of other signature campaign.
I don't understand why some member still have joined your campaign.

Why don't you just post a signed message with the address you mentioned to proved that you own the address not just posting any random address that contains a 0.5 btc on it. Or you should contact an escrow for the reasons like what posted above.

If you feel uncomfortable about participating now, you can wait a few cycles. We intend to carry on this campaign for a while. 

I checked out this section and it looks like the people who are running signature campaigns are legendary or have some of the green trust.

You have neither? Shouldn't you be using a middleman so no one gets scammed?

Guidelines
1.     All posts will be counted starting each Monday 00.00.01 UTC even if you enroll during the week. Payment will be sent by the same day 23.59.59 UTC. Allow time for the transaction to be fully processed. *(added 4/18) This means if you join during a post count week, your post count will start the next Monday.
2.     Minimum 10/Maximum 35 constructive posts per week. Failure to reach the minimum number of posts will result in no payment for that week.
3.     Users whose posts are spam or unconstructive will be denied payment and unlisted from the campaign. Only posts in English will be counted.
4.     Users with multiple accounts will also be unlisted.
5.     Posts in other forums(such as off-topic, local boards, politics and society, press, auctions, games and rounds, etc.) as well as spam, flaming, short sentences or images, bumps will not be counted. Posts that have less than 100 words will not be counted.
6.     Signatures must remain in place for the entire duration of participation.
7.     Posts on this thread and other campaign thread are not counted.
8.     Posts where the user posts a different reply to each quote that the replying is double posting instead of answering in a single reply will not be counted.
9.     When a participant’s rank gets promoted, they will automatically upgrade to the respective rank. However, the rates will be based on the rank the user started that week and the upgraded rates will be applied the start of the next week.
10.  Posts must be spread throughout the week. Those who post 80% of their posts in a single day will be unlisted from the campaign.
11.  Those who fail to meet the minimum post requirement for 2 weeks in a row will be unlisted from the campaign.
12.  Those who leave the campaign in the middle of the week will not be  compensated.
