Thats right !!! , you can sell someone else's NFT for a higher price. Like the NFT on opensea, the NFT that you buy and sell at a higher price will provide benefits to the original owner. And you don't have to be an artist to create an NFT. Every piece of art has its own unique perspective and I also don't understand how NFT can be highly valued. But if to invest in an NFT this is great. I think NFT is the future, where the world will enjoy all kinds of works of art only through the internet.
Anyone can create a NFT but if you are not an artist then you are going to depend on your luck for someone to want to pay a lot of money for what you produce and I find that difficult to happen, because now that the market of NFTs is growing then you are going to have more and more competition and since you are going against people with professional training and with a lot of talent it is difficult to believe you are going to produce better works than them.

The authenticity of a certain digital product is what  making NFTs a premium service and lucrative investment. It is for the long haul and each day people who are creative with their minds start to design or make NFTs to further boost sales and trades .
As a rule, those who were previously a well-known artist or just a creative person earn money on NFT. And ordinary people who draw art will not be able to sell their works so easily

I see huge potential in Project NFT and it's going to boom. Binance will also release it for June this year https://www.binance.cc/en/blog/421499824684901995/Introducing-Binance-NFT-A-Groundbreaking-NFT-Marketplace-Launching-June-2021

meaning that always follow market conditions and tough investors as well as things that are considered to affect the price of a coin/token.

along with the development of cryptocurrencies, part of the crypto spheres like DeFi and NFT of course also developed. If NFT used to be only about digital art, now it's developed to another use case like a usable item in-game, staking, and even be a part of the DeFi project. So, the opportunity to gain some profit and the usability of NFTs is increasing. Many project that has been trying to add the value of NFTs in their project and it's not limited on artsy part only.

Even you can make money suing NFT when you are not a creator, just like any other investments. Buy low and sell high is the easiest way to make money and there are lot of NFT available for very cheap price.

Its literally not possible to make something valuable from no value unless it has really some use case so don't just blindly invest on anything which is called NFT, pick the right one.
People are collecting all sort of things. With younger generation growing NFT space will get bigger and bigger since they would prefer NFT instead of something phisical.
What makes you think in that way?

IMO, NFT digital arts sold for millions of dollars which is not having any real use case other than showing that it is the original and unique so it can't be counterfeit so its more like a collectible item for the old rich community people.

I believe NFT art are really valuable most specially if its made by real artist. The application of blockchain to art is incredible, the collectors are confident with their collection because its tamper proof and verifiable via blockchain. Aside from NFT art I also love playable NFT’s because they are very unique and it elevates gaming in a good direction.

Well, NFT is really asserting its place in the digital economy especially when it is stored on the blockchain. This has helped projects develop towards a very large growth rate, at first people might call it an exaggeration, but up to now many people and even people in the project got more serious about it than I found it to be very good in this space.

For those people who didn't really get the idea of NTF or didn't really know it at all, try to watch this. It is really helpful and informative.

Seems one can be artistic and get some credit back for their talents on various platforms?

My questions I am not an artist. However is it possible to put into Investments on NFT's?

Is there a way to earn from someone else's NFT?

Meaning like being a share or buying an NFT like another crypto and perhaps see some gains from having a share or something with that NFT?
I believe you do not have to be an artist these days to sell an NFT, there are many other things that you could do. The question is "is there a way to earn from someone else's NFT" well in that case you can find one that is cheaper than what it should be, buy it, and sell it to someone else for higher amount of money. These days its very rare that you can buy an NFT and then sell it for higher which is proof that they are very expensive and highly overvalued, but if you can do that you could make a profit.

Secondly you could always work with an artist that is not aware of NFT or don't know how to, then cut him piece of the deal, give him %50 of the profits and then turn his art to NFT and sell it, if he can't do it himself than you should be able to do it for him and this way both of you would be earning some profit together, that seems like the only method.

Hi, be very careful because not all NTF are created equal. No, you can´t "earn" someone else´s NTFs just like that. You basically have two types of NTF - those that will give you exclusive access to a digital asset (could be as simple as a in-game item or as complex as the access to an account) and NTF´s that are proof of ownership but do not confer any particular rights to anything. In my view the second cathegory is worth exactly zero and the first one is just market value linked to the use.

NFT's are on the trend now and it cant be denied that this one is making up some noise but still be careful on dealing with it, dont let yourself get hooked into the hype
because everything could really be just a cash grabber and doesnt really give out some advantage on your part.On the question about reselling those NFT's
for the benefit or sake of profiting then you still can but dont hope that much that NFT hype or craze would really continue into next months or years.
So better dispose it off while you can.

Yes, and I think the actions of everyone in collecting all kinds of items are not wrong things to do, because there must be valuable and valuable items among those that he collects, even though some will be mere collections.

To the best of my knowledge, the crypto space moves with trend, last year it was more of DeFi and now gradually it has entered NFT which of course is gradually booming as well, to even make it more interesting, Binance CEO once announced their stand on NFT and how they are going to tap into it now it is somehow in an early stage. Therefore, having an NFT marketplace means you can buy someone's NFT as well as selling yours. In addition, since there exists a marketplace for it, that also means there is every tendency to make profit and also loss as those are the attributes of a marketplace.
Nevertheless, now NFT is becoming the next trend, make sure you make enough research about it before buying or selling because as usual, scammers will always pop up.

Buy and sell right? Yes, that was possible.

But not all NTFS can easily be traded even you saw it has a good market price. You really need to explore what NFTs are being actively trading. I will give you an example, play Alienworlds and hunt some NFTs or invest in those if you don't want to put an effort. And as always, NFTs are volatile so the right timing is a key to make profits just like how you trade your cryptos.

Buy those artist creations that you think will be valuable in the future. It's like entering an auction for artworks, paints, or collections.

You now have the authority of someone else NFT if you were able to get it. There are some rare NFTs that have a great market value because some buyers really want to collect it as it was a limited edition and no plan for them to sell it later on.

Check the Opensea and browse some good NFTs there.

Since you do not have skills to produce your own NFTs then you can buy the NFT of another person and then sell it back to the market, however I will be honest unless you are buying the work of a recognized artist then most likely you are going to waste your money as the fad of NFTs is nowhere near as strong as it may seem and it seems to me we are in a silent crash as it is impossible that people keep investing in a bunch of tokens which do not produce anything.
