I think this will break and fall lower
Possible, but surely I won't short now. To recover and continue with a bullish scenario, IMO price has to find support soon, and pump above 10 k$ (6h MACD to cross into positive) within a week.
Why did you set up the poll with a final bottom if 5 k$ support won't hold? We are still far from such very bearish scenarios.

Short term TA, it seems BTC is running out of steam and may test support.

Anther leg down is a possibility, but maybe not so soon. IMO tomorrow it's going to be a decision time, between going straight down (doubt that) and pumping to about 10500$, then down.
LTC pumped on 12h MACD crossing but BTC not so much, 12h MACD still negative, pump may still happen when it will have a better chance to cross.
At least it is a return of optimism.
The chart of $BTC (adjusted to multiple exchanges) is attempting an upside breakout. Time will tell if successful.

I kinda agree with this. I am expecting atleast one more leg down before we head up to the next bull run to $40k

Better phrased as ‘regulations on centralised entry points into / connections to cryptocurrencies’. Cryptocurrencies themselves can’t be controlled without severe loss of freedom (only with a level that will not be tolerated in the ‘free’ world).
