it is also important to remember, that at the 50% retrace fib, or $1100 - $1060, or wherever we find a bottom (marked by rectangle blue), will be a zone
of consolidation. And the market, we , traders will be in another dilemma. Will we break up for a continued B wave ? Or did we alread reach a top of wave B at $1229?

I agree with that chart as a possible count
I will only disagree with the part encircled in blue. Where as in your chart the first move up and triangle is assumed to be the i and ii,
i would argue it is in fact a micro a -b - followed by a c that breaks into i -ii - iii - iv - v
I have redrawn in it red to highlight the distinction.
Now the reason this matters is because the current break down, could also be an a-b playing out on a higher degrre. Similar to the pattern we first experienced from $891 to $1229
So on this higher degree, we are going to to $1100 - $1060, 50% fib to complete an A-B, then start on another C, 1-2-3-4-5

Still leaning bearish given the divergences in indicators as well as cross exchange spot price divergences. Finex has been leading the market direction and by now its pretty clear that the buying is forced as opposed to organic (due to Finex customers being unable withdraw USD).
There are a finite amount of people on Finex that can head to the exit however, so sooner or later the buying power will loose its steam (if it hasn't already).
On the sidelines for now but will likely head short bitcoin if price cant hold above $1200 through the next 24-48 hours & long Eth.

Yeah, that's what I am expecting too. If strong support will be found there, we should recover and later this year break 2000$.
OTOH, if some terrible news will lead to support failure, it could mean a new bear market and sub 300$ ( bears can dream...
).
