I grew up Muslim (in the US,) and the vast majority of my interaction with people who are true believers demonstrates they are peaceful, respectful, and accepting. Of course their are bad seeds who give the whole religion a bad name.

Christianity Started with the same basic Barbaric characteristics as the Muslim world sees "Normal" today but the difference is Christians have evolved and left the Atrocities of the past in the past.
The Muslim Religion is stuck and Not willing to move forward.

I can't think of a single Muslim Country in the world that is in line with the rest of the Civilized world. Can you name one?

I see your point but i think the Muslim World should be more concerned with other things other than a Nike Shoe Resemblance. Such as Waging War with Christians or Waging war against other Muslims. They can Focus on Basic Human Rights too. Stoning a Woman to death for Allegedly committing Adultery or Throwing a Gay person off a Roof seems to be more problematic than a Shoe Sole.

There's no shortage of offensive material out there, if you look hard enough. And no matter how civil you intend to be someone will be offended by something you say or do. It's unavoidable.

Something specific about Arab culture which many Americans find curious; it is offensive to show the bottom of your shoes to someone. So if you are sitting with your legs crossed, who ever happens to be in direct line-of-sight of the bottom of your shoes may take offense.

So Nike has a pair of shoes out and the Writing on the bottom resembles the Word God or Allah and Muslim Snowflakes are offended.

It's ok to Kill Christians and Stone people to death or throw Gay people off roofs but God forbid Nike has this.
