Hey Nitrobetting....is there any way you can increase the max wager contribution per bet for the welcome bonus? Its only max 10 mbtc and with the current low BTC value that is almost nothing. I remember a full year ago it was also 10mbt or maybe even 15mbtc? That was then at least 4 times as high as now.

I read somewhere else that this site has full of bugs but yet they are fully functional accepting deposits and withdrawal. I did not try yet your gambling site but I have a suggestion to easy to find bugs just like what Fortunejack did, they hire users to hunt a bug on the site and awarded them. This will probably easily improve your gambling site.

I have heard that it's a sister site of Nitrogen Sport; doesn't remember the exact source. However, my previous experience with Nitrogen Sports was good enough, so I can rely on that experience for this site. I also have observed many positive comments from the users as well. So I will try this one as well.

I am sorry to hear that your account has been suspended, but to be honest, I don't see from the e-mails that you shared that they seized your balance and closed your account because "you won more than you lost." All they said was that you withdrew more than you deposited, which means your overall balance is positive. The real reason for their decision may be something entirely different and probably hinted at in previous communications between you and their support team that you did not show us.
If you want to accuse a casino of illegal or unethical behavior, this is the place to do it. However, please provide all relevant evidence before making your accusation.

In this instance, the account has zero balance, and it has been closed for good." Even though my overall balance is positive, it is simply ridiculous to seize my outstanding funds. This is pure theft.
I have shared clear enough evidence to help others, so if anyone is still happy to deal with them then good luck!
At least you got an email, didn't get that courtesy. Just the region ban and locked out.

It is true that they did say that. But I guess that was the response to your question that we don't see, since it's not shared.
However, I'm not sure if this is the exact reason why your account was suspended in the first place.

They can't seize money because of this, if they do and you did not violate any TOS that's fraud.

Maybe you should show the emails before . I bet there is more to the story. They must accused you of something like multi accounting, I have read that's their most popular excuse for scamming players.
You can create a flag against this site via the trust system so other users see a warning.

I cannot speak for everyone here, i have been using nitrobetting for a while now, i have lost some and won some. just today i got lucky with Europa league and the conference league. When i requested my withdraw and it was faster as always.
I cannot speak for other, i play sprotsbook only with them and my experience has been great. Might not be a big win but knowing i will get paid when withdraw is requested is good enough for me. and Hopefully it will continue. Again i don't speak for everyone this is just my experience with them.

What country are you from? Seeing reports of this happening to a lot of countries now. How is this not a big deal? Accounts are basically being closed and winnings voided.
