Welcome to our official ANN Thread!

So here we are again , Nitrogen is extending their site with this one?

and regarding Bugs , i think that the advice above is more functional like what FJ did years back when they hire Bounties for Bug finder and pay them upfront .

Nitrobetting is operational for months already.
Even if the casino is operational yet this needs Bug hunter mate because there is not perfect gambling site from the creation , even the oldest site operating now still finding some bugs in their site so dont say that because they are operational yet they need to look for the Bugs for the safeties of their players and their site also.

If I have an account at nitrogensports am I allowed to bet on nitrobetting.eu?
You should read the article thoroughly, provided by @Haunebu above and here is the link for that one

https://bitedge.com/blog/everything-you-need-to-know-about-nitro-betting-nitrogen-sports-new-site/

It's state that the both the sites will be operating side by side and Nitrogen have just started a new site where you can have you different account created maybe for only US players only. They have also merited this thread which shows it's their subsidiary casino. But always have a proper look before depositing any funds over there.

(1) I have the same question as the OP and I don't feel the answers have been satisfactory. Could a mod or representative from Nitrobetting.eu please clarify: are we allowed to have and use (deposit/bet/withdraw) both a Nitrogen Sports account AND a Nitrobetting.eu account at the same time without penalty/punishment? I'm mainly asking because the 100% deposit match bonus up to a maximum of 50 mBTC is appealing to me, which is why I'm considering opening an account at Nitrobetting.eu, but I already have a Nitrogen Sports account that I actively use with some pending wagers/futures.

(2) For this 100% deposit match bonus up to a maximum of 50 mBTC as advertised here (https://nitrobetting.eu/promotions/), I just wanted to confirm that the rollover is indeed 30x for this deposit bonus, meaning that if I deposit 50 mBTC and receive a 50 mBTC bonus, I'll have to do 3000 mBTC ([50 + 50] x 30) worth of sports wagers to finish the rollover, is that correct?

(3) What is the timeframe to achieve this rollover or can we take as long as we want? Does the smaller of the risk/win of our wagers count towards our rollover and does it differ if we are wagering on favorites at minus odds or underdogs at plus odds?

Thank you.

There is nothing shady about that. Our terms of service state that bonuses can be ceased at any time; in this case, the player took several bonuses before, we had no issues whatsoever and credit each and every cent corresponding to reload bonuses.

Although, we determined the user wasn't a recreational player (based on some patterns, action and odds taken), so we contacted the player to inform him that while would allow his action, all bonuses were suspended. The player agreed to new terms given and confirmed this via email.

It was not an arbitrary decision, we took the time to discuss the situation with the user. It is also unlikely to happen to any player, like some of you are suggesting. We are open to review each case and discuss the possibilities, just keep in mind there's always two sides of a story.

Stay well.

It's true that according to your terms you have the right to cancel any bonus at any time you want. However, that is purely rules-wise....on a human level I think it's not fair to do what you did. Especially not when the rollover was nearly finished. If it was at 10% rollover it would be a different story and I wouldn't make a big deal out of it.

However what you state there further is a complete lie. I did not agree to terms given per email and confirm you anything. You simply told me the decision was taken to remove my bonus. When I read that email the bonus was already removed. There was no discussion about this and no agreement.
But the fact that you say I agreed on it makes it look like there was an option to not agree on it? I don't think so. You clearly made your decision and there was no more discussion possible. I even tried to negotiate with you and offered that you credit 25mbtc (half of the bonus) but even that was out of the question for your management.
If you say I agreed on this decision then please post a screenshot of the email where I said so.

Nitrobetting cancelled my bonus when it was already around 70% in progress. So I nearly had my 50mbtc earned and they just cancelled it. Be prepared to have your bonuses cancelled mid rollover for no particular reason if you play with Nitrobetting.

If they canceled your bonus, surely there must be some reason for it? Regardless of whether we agree with that reason, they will have to come up with an explanation. Maybe it is set somewhere that after 70% of completing your bonus you get the amount in your account? Whether the date of the bonus expired?

They said I am not a recreational bettor....in other words: I was winning to much to their liking. That's fine, limit me then or whatever. Or say: we won't have any bonuses for you moving forward. Or just pay me out the percentage of the bonus I had already completed.  But do not cancel a pending bonus which was almost completed. This is childish.
This is unacceptable. If they come up out of nowhere with these restrictions at least they should make it transparent and clear in their rules and this goes for any place. I for one cannot condole such lack of professionalism be it online or not. I would also expect there will be some explanation on here to warn the other users of these changes or inconsistencies.
That sucks if thats the case on where cancelling out a pending bonus that almost finished? thats way too shady imho.

Dont know if this one can really be proved out unless if there are at least some screenshots if this thing did actually happen.
A kind of behavior shouldnt really be tolerated in the first place.

Why not for you not to be allowed to bet on nitrobetting? For sure you can its just a different account and you can freely make out bets depending on what you do choose. It doesn't really matter at all. Honestly, I do love the design for nitrobetting that on that nitrogensports.

You have got some balls depositing on such a site. Such a shame bad actors like these companies still exist. I hope others heed the warning and avoid this site so the legitimate Casino/Sportsbooks become the norm.

It is difficult to see how this type of thing can happen, I do not know if the terms and conditions establish that bettors must be active and with some type of amount, many times in the terms and conditions at the time of registration it is not read and can occur this type of event. It is somewhat uncomfortable this type of situation, in any case they should expose the capture (if any). The current thread of the site will be this or the other Ann?

What's you basis for this accusation? I work for NB and I can assure you that you have the wrong notion and that we are fully legit. Are you an active player? Have you used the service? Have you been scammed? Please elaborate and provide evidence of any wrongdoing.

Have a nice day.

Money was returned to customer. That doesn't change anything to the fact the customer had to go through tremendous efforts to be heard by their customer service. This is highly likely to happen again. Do not use their service

The issue was solved.
The big takeaway here is that the customer struggled a lot to recover what he rightfully acquired after a lot of effort as asche pointed out. Any casino that does this shouldn't be completely trusted in my opinion.

Also, the bitedge link clearly pointed out that Nitrogen Sports simply shut down the accounts of countries that they decided to block out of nowhere without any sort of warning or anything.

They returned the funds later on, but that is still messed up. This is why they are improve their image through a new, revamped site.

I don't think they can get away with it just by renaming their brand. (Not that I am aware of any issues regarding the services they provide)
There are several known issues related to the parent site actually. Check these links out.

https://bitedge.com/blog/everything-you-need-to-know-about-nitro-betting-nitrogen-sports-new-site/

Bitedge basically answers all the queries related to both sites in an effective manner. Time will tell if Nitrogen will rise back up or not in the crypto gambling world.

There are 3 negative ratings on their account and no active flags.

The newest negative rating was given by the user "asche" which is this:

Quote
Money was returned to customer. That doesn't change anything to the fact the customer had to go through tremendous efforts to be heard by their customer service. This is highly likely to happen again. Do not use their service

The issue was solved.

The other one was given by "monbux" in 2018:

Quote
Dirty dirty. I placed a bet on France (WC) that somehow disappeared after they won. Do not trust these guys with any amount of money.

On another note: Over a year ago, my account was compromised and the support did absolutely nothing to help.

No reference... No thread to discuss. If you trust "monbux" you might find that rating trustworthy.

The oldest one was given by "actmyname":

Quote
Offers a poker environment which doesn't protect against obvious collusion and multi-account abusing.

When the hand/hour ratio is over 200 and you've seen less than 15 flops in microstakes (2NL) headsup, then it's obviously the same person.

Despite this, they still offer freerolls to those that have played 50, 100, 1000 hands (even though cheaters abuse this)

This isn't even about a scam. It is simply about a design flaw of the casino. I don't see a scam here.

This is what I can say about Nitrogen's trust ratings as a neutral observer. The way I see it, at least 2 of those ratings should be neutral. Maybe "monbux" has a legit case but since he didn't open a thread and made some fuss about it, I doubt it too.

is this 100% trust in payments?

any comments?

They have been active on the forum for a long time and in the gambling world they also have a well-known name. experiences of players are personal, but I have read few negative experiences. What you can do is start with a low amount to deposit, and then increase over time, for example. Only through your own user experience can you make the best judgment. Depends on whether you prefer a sportsbook or a casino?

Why can't they answer the question regarding the fact that they are named after Nitrogen Sports though, they don't seem to be that active to their own thread which could be considered a red flag already.
It seems that it is part of the Nitrogen Sports umbrella since they have already merited the thread so it is safe to say that we have to be careful on this website, since Nitrogen Sports still has some issues in this forum.

It looks like they are renaming their business to me. I am kind of confused though. If they caused some problems with the original brand, isn't the new brand name going to inherit the problems of the parent company? I don't think they can get away with it just by renaming their brand. (Not that I am aware of any issues regarding the services they provide)

Does Nitrogen plan to consolidate NitrogenSports and NitroBetting into one brand in the future, or remain separate? I fail to see the benefit to having two nearly identical brands with nearly identical branding. Seems like a misuse of resources in my opinion.
