There are 3 negative ratings on their account and no active flags.
The newest negative rating was given by the user "asche" which is this:
Money was returned to customer. That doesn't change anything to the fact the customer had to go through tremendous efforts to be heard by their customer service. This is highly likely to happen again. Do not use their service
The issue was solved.
The other one was given by "monbux" in 2018:
Dirty dirty. I placed a bet on France (WC) that somehow disappeared after they won. Do not trust these guys with any amount of money.
On another note: Over a year ago, my account was compromised and the support did absolutely nothing to help.
No reference... No thread to discuss. If you trust "monbux" you might find that rating trustworthy.
The oldest one was given by "actmyname":
Offers a poker environment which doesn't protect against obvious collusion and multi-account abusing.
When the hand/hour ratio is over 200 and you've seen less than 15 flops in microstakes (2NL) headsup, then it's obviously the same person.
Despite this, they still offer freerolls to those that have played 50, 100, 1000 hands (even though cheaters abuse this)
This isn't even about a scam. It is simply about a design flaw of the casino. I don't see a scam here.
This is what I can say about Nitrogen's trust ratings as a neutral observer. The way I see it, at least 2 of those ratings should be neutral. Maybe "monbux" has a legit case but since he didn't open a thread and made some fuss about it, I doubt it too.
