In certain situations, our chat moderators will have to use their own discretion when banning users for violating chat rules. We have standardized the ban times and
rules in chat, however, not all offenses in chat are clear cut. When we receive a complaint from a user regarding chat bans, our support staff will review the chat logs to ensure the chat mods were consistent with their ban times and punishments. I would also like to explain that our customer support staff are separate from our chat mods. They not able to use their own discretion when helping our users with wagering services.

Haha even in this thread you can't keep consistency with having one person replying to my comments. You have multiple people controlling one forum account and giving different suggestions or opinions. You haven't added anything that Jenny hasn't already said. In fact you contradicted yourself. You have standardized rules but offenses aren't clear cut? You review chat complaints to see if they are consistent with ban times/punishments but if there aren't clear cut offenses, how can there be consistency?
I'm very well aware that customer support are different from chat mods. Infinity was the customer support individual that I tried to talk to in chat but was ignored continuously. There was no chat mod situation.

I'm sorry - we do have to have multiple people working in Support and in Marketing. Not everyone can be available via site chat or here on the forum all of the time. Of course, we agree with you that it would be ideal to have one person handle an issue all the way through. However, without increasing our response times, I'm not sure that's possible. If you feel that you were banned unfairly, talking to Support is the right way to bring that to our attention. As Calvin mentioned, chat logs are reviewed. We do have standardized ban times. That said, in chat especially things can get messy; the mods do the best they can.
