They might be handling a lot of tickets during that time. At least they're grading esports faster than before because back then it could take more than a half a day before they grade your esport bet. Nitro should really need to hire more graders or put one grader dedicated to esports only.

bet is graded loss within 10 minutes , when every esport bet takes 2+hours to grade

ask chat mod, cant do anything

ask twitter- reply is "all other sportsbooks graded this as kinguin win"

send support ticket -- no reply

nitrogensports.eu maybe a good book, but its horrible for esports.your marketing teams does most promos and stuff for esports but your other staff - graders ,chat mods treat it as second class

going back to fanobet where the odds might be worse but i can talk to a live agent in 2 mins and bets are graded in 5mins. have had enough of your site, stop promoting esport betting, rest of your staff is incompetent for it

Hello there btcton. Yes, lines/odds are subject to change prior to the start of the event. The bet and odds are "set in stone" after you CONFIRM the WAGER and your betslip, which you can review any time, will reflect which odds you bet on.
