I like Nitro and it is the only place I bet currently.
But I would like to see a few improvements:
1. More perks/free bets for frequent bettors. Currently, the only way to get free bets is play poker or be the fastest at typing when you guys do trivia. I think the current trivia is pretty weak...it actually is not trivia at all. Why not set tiers for bettors and make them meet the tiers weekly? Then, when the goal is met, bettors are awarded a certain amount of free bets. Just an idea but please improve your current rewards system. It does not actually reward those who place bets frequently. Speaking personally, I have been a frequent American Football bettor at Nitro for years and have only received about 3-4 free bets.
2. College Football bowl season is coming up. How about some promos? We are talking about almost daily games...all televised. You guys will be getting heavy action so I think some type of accompanying promo is called for.
3. I have heard a lot of people ask for boxing lines. Please work on this for the future.
Other than that I have nothing else to add. Deposits are almost always fast, withdrawing is too, and the site layout is great and grading is pretty fast too. Keep up the good work but never stop improving.

by the way, now my username/password is no good
and since there is no other connection between me and this future of betting website , i cannot retrieve or change my password , like any other site on the internet through email confirmation ( cause there must be anonymous everything)
now hacker have the rest of my account , and i cant do anything about it

If you go to settings you will see you can add a email in case of emergency like needing to confirm your account.
Contact support with as much info as you can about the account(amount in account,last wager(s),frequency of play,last deposit/withdrawl and any other details) and you might be able to get a temp lock on that account till it is sorted out.
Best thing to do is to move quickly and not waste time here.
The few times I have seen people state this issue,they have been new accounts here and that does not hold much weight for the plight.
Is it really the account is real, or just a spammer to degrade the reputation of the site, for the future, if there are many users who have problems they should not need to complain in this thread without any reason, all existing task to overcome the problems in this site , without having to make a post to complain in this thread ..

if you let hackers going over your ssl 24bit protection (https), and afterwards you tell your customers , the hackers has done good stealing their money, cause everything is anonymous and now customers money belong to the hacker forever, soon you'll have no customers, and the hackers wont sportbetting at your site cause their hackers not sportbettors and they will run away if you're left with no cows to milk.
guess what then, your future of betting site , becomes a joke where people would deposit money just waiting for hackers to get into their accounts , cause hackers know, this is anonymous money , and soon sportsbettors will get along knowing their money are just waiting to be stolen in your anonymous betting site, never can be done to reverse the stealing
this is the good version, cause the bad version is this: there's no hacker, and nitrogensports getting customers money, blaming on the hackers, and save by the bell cause everything is anonymous and nothing can be done to reverse
and frankly i believe in the bad version, cause that https 24bit , is very tough, and that encryption is not belonging to nitrogensports, it is used also by the real banks online websites, so i real dont buy into the idea that hackers broke into https and stole passwords, but the website don't need to, passwords are right there in the data

All I can say is that I have never had any problems with this site with these things. It's true being an anonymous site has its risks and a thing like this would likely not happen on a fiat site but registering on an anonymous site comes with responsibilities - the most important one being 2FA. There's literally nothing to be done if you're hacked and you didn't have 2FA. I always add 2FA and this kind of a thing has never happened to me. Not on any site. It's only a bad password, no 2FA and/or an unsecure computer that can cause this.

Website SUCKS, do not play here. They have good lines and grading times are okay but the support is terrible with attitudes. My account was hacked and they will not help me. "Bratt" that works there is THE WORST
my account was hacked and my balance was trasferred to another player on their '' transfer to a friend'' feature.
i told them what was the id of the receiver and they say nothing they can do.
i think they are the hackers, entering people accounts and stealing money.
