Please submit a support ticket about the UFC props. Sometimes our odds provider has them, sometimes not. The support team will gladly look into it for you.

And we've heard everyone about the payout structure. It's changing soon, trust me!

As I mentioned to you 4 days ago, we are aware that the current payout system has issues. We've been trying different things with poker, various tournaments, freerolls, etc. and among them was doing payouts differently than everyone else. They'll be updated very soon. 

We've heard everyone's feedback and suggestions very clear. That's why I've been asking for people commenting about it to submit support tickets!

Sometimes our odds providers have them, and sometimes they don't. We are aware our bettors would like to have more UFC props, but if you could submit a support ticket on the website about it, the support team may be able to see if any are available.

Yeah freeroll was really cool.!! but the paid tourneys still suck..coz of the payout system.! How do they not find it strange?? How can everyone be paid in a tourney?  

This is what I was talking about.! It is insaaane.! I dont think anyone in the management has ever played poker..and have never seen poker tourneys.!

Thats the dumbest payout schedule I've seen ever in online poker. No more than 3 people should be paid for a 7 person tournament.

Just understood whats that about.  Yeah looks bad .
I am playing a tourney with 7 people registered for it in a 5.2 chip buy in , and all 7 are paid

Doesn't look right to pay people who lose.

I see what you mean. It looks like that post was edited within a few minutes of it being sent.

Likely the person who responded assumed that you had registered (because you'd stated that), and was giving you a theory as to why the table didn't open for you. If you had been registered correctly, blinding out is the most likely reason why that would be the case. I don't believe that they dug into the actual issue, because as mentioned, we don't typically conduct support in this forum.

Having taken the time to speak with the poker team, and to look through the list of registered participants, I can assure you that the fundamental issue was that you weren't registered in the tournament. Again, I've passed the issue on to the tech team.

I just wanted to take a moment to reach out personally and apologize for how this situation was handled tonight. It can be difficult to convey tone in a medium like this forum; I know the messages from one of our staff came across much differently than they were originally intended.

I understand how frustrating the situation must have been. I looked into the actual issue with the tables, and the fundamental problem was that you weren't actually registered for the freeroll. If you had been registered, a table would have opened automatically for you. I know you mentioned that you had logged in a few hours early to register, and then returned to the site. I've gathered the details and provided them to our tech team, and they are actively investigating the issue.

In the future, the fastest way to get help is to submit a Support Ticket on our website, or to email [email protected]. This forum is primarily used by my Marketing team. While we try our best, we could never be as knowledgeable as the Support team, and we don't monitor this forum as diligently as they keep on top of the tickets and emails.

There was positively a post by NitrogenSports stating that I had registered for the tournament, and then logged back in about 2:15.
Either that post has been deleted, or that statement has been deleted from the post it was in.
