I’ve also bet some esports the last month that I couldn’t find the source with the result and had to trust Nitrogen that they graded it correctly. Did they? I hope so, but maybe they didn’t.

As I suspected, nitrogen did their due diligence and they have decided that the player is entitled for their funds and reinstated it, not like they are expecting them to continue playing here, they know that the moment they give the player their money back, the player will withdraw it and go somewhere else, yet they have done it anyway because they did checked back and forth and they even shared with a third party and when the result cleared the player they give it back.

This is basically another huge proof that nitrogen never really does anything shady, this is a company that makes 10x this amount in profits per day (well not anymore I assume with games being cancelled but usually) so I doubt it would have been a problem anyway. Kudos to them for doing it the right way.

This wager is an Under 9.5 wager between 2 Nicaraguan baseball teams. The final score of this game played on this date was 5-3, yet 8 hours after the game was completed, the wager was 'canceled' as a push rather than graded correctly as a win.

Can you explain why this error happened? This is the 4th time in the last few months that I've had a game graded incorrectly, incorrect in a way that hurt me and cost me bitcoins. Never have I had a game graded incorrectly that benefited me... Why do all of these games get graded incorrectly only when it hurts the customer? I really don't understand.

Please reverse and grade this game correctly for one, but please explain why all these incorrect grades are happening in the first place.

Quite interesting to see, maybe this is a prime example of showing how the trust system could be abused in bitcointalk as well, I mean we are talking about only a handful of people putting the trust rating to test and global moderator shows up to warn people not to play here and the topic is not flagged as well as the account.

I mean this is the same place that has been running properly for over 7 years now and people are still playing there, there is no substantial proof of them stealing anyone's money, only confiscate it whenever they think there is a rule breach and even with that in mind they usually pay it back. I doubt nitro will do anything extra just because there is a flag going on, I think they are already rich enough with all of the thousands of people like me who play here without a problem, none of us would really care about this issue at all.

The game that was graded as a loss had both players playing twice. At 1:30 and 2:10 (https://imgur.com/a/Ta4XhlO) as you can clearly see on my betslip, I bet on the 2;00 game. The 2:00 game got cancelled and they graded it based on the 1:30 game. They?re reasoning was this (https://imgur.com/a/C6JIgcy ) basically saying I ?bet on the first scheduled game?...which means what? That they completely disregard the times that they provide and get to pick and choose what games to grade. This isn?t a situation of a game getting moved up in time. It?s that they had two different games scheduled and i clearly bet the second. Time of matches are a big component when betting and for the book to disregard the time and pick and choose which game is associated with my bet is completely unethical.

They keep saying that the game got moved up and they were scheduled for two games but because the first game happened, the second got cancelled. I bet on the 2:00 game (as you can see on my slip) because it would?ve been my players second game. I wanted him to play a game before I bet on him. Nitro is saying that since they didn?t play the second game, the first game (the one they played earlier) is the result they use for the grade


I’ve been at nitro for 3 years or more now, never had 1 issue and always defended them. But this to me was extremely wrong and unethical. They’ve gotten worse over the last few months and a lot of old players have left. Their grading has gone to shit and support isn’t as great as it use to be as well. So this here was something I couldn’t be ok with and have to move on. Hopefully others see this and hopefully SBR rules in my favor.
