How often do I have to say that I did nothing wrong. Even if I did something wrong, is that worth around 900$ which they stole?
Since my affiliates last review end of january where it came out empty and I have to say it AGAIN, MY ACCOUT AT THAT TIME EXISTED FOR MONTHS ALREADY.
So since then I have made around 20-30 deposits. If my account was a multi they must have knows it because they checked my affiliates account. But still they let me deposit at least 20 more times? Does that make any sense?

I have no words for some people like you. Read and understand all the facts instead of saying some nonsense like "you would have sued them long ago", no court system EVER can and would pursue something like this.They operate in a grey area with a shady license. And even if, this would take years and a lot of money to invest first.

I think overall tone of your post sounding little bit like,''You are a helpless offender who can not do any thing''. I get the point but nitrogensports  cannot just blame it all on players by saying you have made several accounts using vpn. Why did they allow registration and play with those alt accounts in the very first place? They should have proper check and balances to prevent it from happening.

Well, you could always try to sue them if you want? I mean if you think you are 100% right and there is absolutely nothing you have done wrong, literally zero things that you didn't follow the law or the rules, that means you should be right and get your money back and hell even maybe some money for the damages as well and even get your lawyer paid in this regard as well all of his costs 10% more for the amount they will be paying you as well. This little show that they are doing will basically be your big gain.

However I can guarantee you 100% that you won't do that, you know why? Because, you know you didn't follow all the rules in the system as well, all you are trying to do is convince them with the best way you can and threaten them with PR nightmare, that's it.

If you had any sort of legal backing, instead of just talking here (which is clear indication that they are not silencing you, its been 2-3 pages since you are here and everyone allows it) you would have sued them long ago.

They claim to have contacted sbr to find a solution which is not true. Obviously they never got a reply from them as well. They wanted the threads on sbr forum to be deleted, thats all.
They told me case closed and ignored me after that, read the quote. They never gave me a chance to respond and so on. ^I think you might be overreacting a bit, I mean nitrogen never said they are blindly just keeping all the money and declared you a scammer and just got it over with? They literally are using a third party to help you out, if that place finds you right that means nitrogen will pay you your money back and actually find you right.

However lets be hones "does nobody use a public IP!!" doesn't really sound all that reasonable approach when you and your affiliate both are at the same network at the same time and one of you profits from it, the more obvious explanation is a self-made rakeback on your behalf and rarely the other way. However that doesn't mean your trial won't happen, you will be judged with the data provided and if you are right that means you are right and will get it back.

Funny that today is the first time in 3 weeks that I have heard that YOU contacted sbr and they "mediate".

No they dont mediate because they NEVER contacted ME. I did not get 1 email or confirmation of mediation from them.
You contacted them by yourself to "clear your name" because of the threads I opened at sbr forums.
You had NO RIGHT to share this information with a 3rd party, not without my consent. Are you also selling customer emails? Thats why I get spam about bitcoin all the time.

Funny how you claim to be fair to users but my experience shows the exact opposite. Your poker room is full of multi accounts colluding, I reported several and you never took any action. As we mentioned, this concern and all details with it are already forwarded to SBR, which will act as a mediator in cases like these. We will wait for SBR's reply and we suggest you do the same. Should they find merit in your case, we are confident they will contact you as soon as possible.

We will continue to be vigilant in catching fraudulent activities via multi-accounting. However, we will also be fair with our users who are able to prove they have no ill-intent in doing so.

Like nobody is allowed to use public wifi when logging in at nitro. Nobody ever did this? Yeah right.

And even if. All those logins are so old, they are from and before my affiliates first account review. They REOPENED his account and said obey the rules, he did. And so did I.

So if this "controvery" was already on your radar in january, why did you let me play and deposit at least 20 more times since then? AT LEAST.

Back then I wasnt a problem but now I am? Because I quit betting (Losing) and only focused on poker?

And EVEN IF (and its not) it was "self affiliation", the "damage" is like 50$. Who gives you the right to seize around 700-800$???

EDIT: What I just recognized, so THEY reached out to sbr because I opened a thread there as well. They shared my private customer information with a third party without being contacted. Thats very interesting.

Hi gosha@e-coin! To clarify about the red card, any users on Bitcointalk can add the flag to anyone on this forum. We tried settling some of the concerns of the red flags to us, but the users aren't responding to our messages. Hopefully, this clears it up.

I think it will be a very good way to express the situation via that way. I agree also that the user in question should give permission to sharing this information. I can imagine privacy is also rather important.

I do not judge about the quality or service from a sportbook. But here is the rating guide that I found.
I have to say that is a little controversial, there is a red card in this topic for the author of this thread, but on the other hand; they are ranked as A rated book.
It is very difficult to judge these kind of situations. It can happen that sportsbook have for example 97 succesfull payouts, and 3 complaints. It is a good possibillity that the poeple who are scammed only complain here, and I do not know if moderators give the red card, or that it will go by automated process.

I have asked about the proofs on the last page of the thread but OP refused to show any fact except few lines about the referral earnings. Surely, many crypto gamblers have the sports betting account on Nitrogensporsts first and there is no possibility to scam the users in small shady accounts for the sake of reputation.
