Site misleads. I bet on Germany to win. Yet they said that its only counts in the 90 minutes played. But on their blog the tutorial says:

I picked moneyline for Germany to win and now they are claiming something different. So they got two different places saying different things. And the owner actually pointed me to the blog for a point of reference. They mislead to scam.
They claim I should of picked draw but you cant draw in a world cup knockout stage.....talked to a few people on chat and around 10 got caught out the same. Stay away from this site.
As the other users have pointed out, soccer bets are always for regulation time unless otherwise stated. This is standard in the industry across all major websites.
Please also note that even some spreads (in the case of certain props) can contain a "DRAW" option and in those cases spreads that tie or push will lose unless the draw option is chosen.

However I am confused on why my top goal scorer bet was canceled. I took James Rodriguez to win and they abruptly canceled it. He is currently in the lead! Yet they do not cancel my other losing futures bets they go ahead and let them lose.

You are right about the soccer. As for why your bet was canceled, I would suggest creating a support ticket and someone from support will we happy to look at your account.
