Hey everyone! As we mentioned, the original issue was with the internet service provider in Costa Rica. Although the site was functional this afternoon, geographic and provider differences have determined exactly when people have full access to the site. Networks between clients and the server refresh their cache at different intervals - different countries, locations and providers all have an effect on this.
While we're always available to answer any questions, if you don't currently have access to Nitrogen Sports, you're likely just waiting for your network to refresh - there's no way to make this happen faster. We completely appreciate your frustration, and thank you again for your understanding today.

Holding a trivia as compensation is not fair at all. All these google warriors, a p err son on a phone like I.am has zero chance. Ridiculous.
Hey Confessions; we absolutely agree, and we never suggested that trivia would be the compensation. We've been running trivia for fun, as a way of giving free bitcoin back to many of our users. Trivia is just a fun promotion!

Okay. Time to address the compensation issue. I missed 2 early MLB bets because of the downtime. One would have won, the other would have lost. However, I would have netted a profit of .46 BTC.

Ridiculous that some people can access, but the majority cannot.
We definitely understand that some of our users are still having difficulty accessing the site, and that this has been incredibly frustrating. As we mentioned, the major internet service provider in Costa Rica was down for the majority of the day. We aren't the only business to be affected, and while we're doing our best, this is a situation that isn't completely within our power to resolve. The majority of our users do have access again, and I can assure you that we'll continue working towards a resolution until the site is fully functional for all of our bettors. Customer service has always been a priority for us at Nitrogen Sports, and I can honestly say that we won't be happy until you are.
Our priority is rectifying this situation; at that point, we will absolutely discuss the compensation that Oxygen mentioned last week. Thanks for your continued patience!
