The ban might be temporary and the reason is probably because several users coming from your country are abusing their promotions like the nitro squares. So which country IP u banned? and i also no received any email about your banned.
That's just my assumption since I experienced it last time I used them and recently I haven't seen any complaints about nitrogen restricting IPs.
Last time i got find a page about their banned country, but my country not on the list then i got banned too.
You can still email them but I think waiting the temporary mass ip ban is the only fix here unless their terms and rules have changed.
