As the name states I need help...
Setup google authenticator to my account yesterday and was instantly unable to log back in once it was setup.
Google showed lots of accounts having this issue so no panic. I created a new account to get help through ticket and fired off a email connected to the account showing the new account was connected to me and went to bed hoping for a resolution quickly.
Today I attempted to log in to the account I setup last night to get help and was not able to. So I assumed I wrote the details down wrong and created yet another account that I was planning to sit on till I got a response in support.
Well waiting I noticed lots of support chat mods and not much talk, so I asked for help and was immediately banned for a large sum of minutes. I copied the chat and took a photo just in case.
So now I am worried this may effect my support ticket and I refresh and I actually had a response.
I proceed to log out after screenshot of response and take note that they say hello to me on all three accounts I have been attempting to get help with. So that shows they know whats going on. Here I would have deactivated google authenticator for the customer so they could at least gain access.
I log out and delete cookies and cache, even try a different browser. I get a message now anytime I attempt to log in and should state here none of the accounts are accessible.

ok"So now I am unable to even access tickets and forced to wait on emails which in my experience are lucky to get a response by lat Tuesday.
This is not right and when I log in I should be warned that withdrawals now require 2FA. I would have got that setup before depositing so I would not have funds stuck over the weekend.
Suggestion:
Put up a warning for accounts that have not accessed since Feb 2019 that new 2FA requirements are necessary. This will eliminate the feeling of being scammed or bamboozled as players will understand before locking funds in.
Also get weekend email support as it is a busy time to have no responses till start of the week.
Will come back to let folks know if I was able to log in or just writing off my account.

Still blocked from even attempting a log in and no response here to this post.
Really regret making a deposit with them. Will continue to update.
# Going to unplug my computer and see if I can get a new IP so I can bypass this IP block. Something tells me a lot of the issues I am having are automatic responses for their system and locking me out.
