Yep. I don't really care if they chat ban me. That's their right. But they froze my funds and locked my account because I did something they didn't like in chat (which was ask why a game that ended 12 hours ago wasn't graded).
That's criminal. It's indefensible.

Chat banned me for "insults". Folks a legitimate business and sportsbook does not do this. The say sorry and see what the issue is. When they want you to shut up and go away there is a reason. Everyone be very careful with this sportsbook. Their reaction to holding a player's funds hostage for 12 hours because of down time was to lock them out of their account, freeze their funds, and make them wait even longer due to a supposed CHAT VIOLATION?

Can't log into my account. Can't access my 0.476 bitcoin. Can't withdraw. All because an admin froze my account due to a chat violation for having the nerve to wanting my bet graded 12 hours after it completed.
