You plan on de-freezing me or what? I mean what type of online business doesn't respond to customer inquiries for almost a day. I am yet to see a response. Whoever runs your security team needs more training or a swap out. I am not complaining about the fact that there is a team monitoring and securing the room but I am complaining about the quality of the work. I understand there are casualties, but still... You should not take longer than a few hours to respond to an e-mail during a working week. maybe because of the amount of the multies ,yes
when you are using a vpn or a proxy there is no guarantee somewhere in the world there is no other dude
using the exactly same one to access the site ,so don't be surprised if you are getting flagged or even banned after
as for not allowing some countries it is because of the legal issues (possible at least)
in some countries online gambling is illegal and the casinos do not want to be prosecuted for allowing the residents of the countries in question to gamble

One of the reasons that I can think of is the fact that Nitrogensports
offers P2P poker. Poker is a game that is obviously prone to various
forms of cheating (e.g. collusion between players, multi-accounting, bots
and other stuff). Certain countries provide basically no legit players, but
are a paradise for people involved in these different kinds of cheating.

Another reason is the abuse of Nitrogensports promotions. It is obviously
not in the interest of the operator when a single person takes part in the same
promotion multiple times and therefore they restrict players from countries, where
the loss due to promotion abuse is higher than the profit generated by legit players.

I transferred £700 to the site today only to find ONLY when I went to place the bet that bets are not allowed from UK players! This is beyond frustrating, furthermore the site keeps a small fraction of the bitcoin I deposited because they don't allow withdrawals down to the last satoshi!
