So my friend and myself saw the Nitro promo advertised all week that included in the first line of the promo
exclusive promos on everything from poker to slots, baccarat and 3 card poker
all week this was advertised like this and included a lossback promo where funds lost would be returns. Slots were to be included and as indicated were featured on the very first line of the prompt. Between my friend and myself , our two accounts we lost over $5,000 playing slots and when it came time to get our lossback as originally agreed Nitrogen declined and said “sorry we changed the promo and posted the change as a footnote on a promo page that’s linked to our site. On a promo page that is linked to the site. So they talked up this promo all week and got us to go spend a good chunk of funds and then at the last minute they said sorry we changed the promo. Baccarat you still get lossback. Poker you still get lossback. 3 Card you still get lossback. Slots, you guys are shit out of luck and we are not giving you any concessions nor giving you any consideration at all. You should have checked the footnotes on ALL promo pages that we have linked in discrete locations on our website. Had you checked all the footnotes on every promo page that we have linked to our site and checked them all every single day you would have seen the changes that we made after the promo was already 2/3 completed, then you would’ve seen the changes. Bottom line is this. Nitro saw how much was being played on the slots and decided they no longer wanted to fulfill their end of the offer. So they pulled the rug out and told us to go fuck our selves. Not the type of people I feel confident about doing any betting and wagering with in the future. Thanks for totally screwing us over and giving some lame ass explanation of why you did it. Ok ok. There “wasn’t enough time for promo fulfillment”, of course not because at this point you had already taken our money. It’s a bunch of bullshit. Be warned that this acceptable to those who run Nitro.
They never advertised that "Extra Casino" was slots. They "pulled the rug out" 3 days before the promo was meant to happen, so they didn't change it in the middle. It's your fault for not reading, and not checking the promotion before it starts. It's not unreasonable for them to cancel a promotion, especially since
a) It was obvious - it disappeared from the schedule and was announced multiple times in multiple channels
b) They never described exactly what it would be. While they did mention slots in their tagline, I think that's just them listing popular casino games. "Extra Casino" could be anything - they even stated that it was not chosen yet.
They did advertise it begin slots, that's exactly what you call that when you include it in the tagline of the promo. It's in the tagline @darkstar . You seem to be a little bias on the issue bc when you include 4 games in the tagline of your promo and then tie them into a lossback promotion, under what logic would you then only give lossback on three of those games and then justify it as "well we were just listing popular casino games". Cmon man, that is a ridiculous assessment of the situation and an even worse rationalization of their shadowy decision. Your bias is seething on this one mate.
To further cement my claim and my interpretation of the advertisement - Diane - whom is customer support agent at nitrogen sports and with whom I had a lengthy discussion with in regards to the specifics of this promotion - she openly admitted the glaringly obvious (to most of us) fact that
yes the slots were originally part of the promo and part of the lossback and that on Feb. 2nd, which is day 5 of the 7 day long promotion in question,
they conveniently decided to pull slots from the lossback.
My presumption and it seems like a rather safe presumption is that the decision to pull slots from the promo even though it was featured in the tagline of said promo was due to the surprising amount of revenue that the slot game was taking in and this greatly surpassed their anticipated intake of funds and at that point they said... hmmm on second thought, maybe we will just remove the slot game from the promo and give some nonsensical explanation like 'there wasn't enough time for promo fullfillment', yeah just completely F them and keep all of the funds we said we were going to give back to them.. yes but don't forget... we DID add a footnote on to the bottom of the promo page and then we can just throw a link of the promo page onto our site and consider that as due notice. Oh and who cares that the promo is already on day 5 of the total 7 days that it runs - we don't give a shit about any of that bc really, what the hell are they going to do about changing the promo and keeping their funds... nothing.. because they have no recourse so F them, signed Nitro.
