Why is that some of the times transfers to your site are registered within a minute, and now it's taken over 30 minutes and the money still isn't there?

how about based on the fact your payments are sent automatically right after the game is over?

Hey applelover, thanks for the question. We have worked hard on our reputation over the last 8 months where we have been offering bitcoin. Keep in mind that we are an incorporated company that also takes in real money wagers via Skrill.
When we launched our bitcoin offering in March, the price of bitcoin was $50 a pop! Mid April it shot up to $230 (right before it crashed back down again).
We are always excited to see the price of bitcoin rise, as it means there is confidence in the currency. We do realize, however that there will be ups and downs. We hold a large amount of bitcoins in cold storage to mitigate this risk!
Nitrogen Sports is in it for the long haul.

Thanks for the great customer service as usual! I will send an email and see if I can get my entire history dumped into Excel. I am just now starting to track all of my bets... we will see if I can keep up with them all lol

Probably a stupid question, but do you guys have an API or any way for us to export our bets into an Excel spreadsheet?

Hey Damnsammit,
That is something we don't support at the moment, but I think the new design will handle a lot better.
Feel free to contact [email protected] if you need an excel dump every once in a while, that is certainly something we can help you with until the relaunch.
