I had a similar problem with them.
They asked me what my connection is to some random acc.
I told them to look at both acc playing history and that there's no chance they will see a connection.
There is a chance you have some bets same as the other account, but that's all.
So how about your issue, it is already solved? or still on pending status?
If nitrogensports only refers the IP as the main subject to consider as multiple accounting then they should be ashamed and deserve to those negative reviews.
There should be many to consider before they label users as multiple accounting such the screen/monitor size, browser, playing history, previous deposit/withdrawal transactions, then IPs. Not unless it's their main motive for such kind of account and withdrawal amounts.
My case is still pending and they still didn't reply me from 8 days ago. I did not made multi account and i cant even understand why someone should, plus i was betting most baseball nba ufc and never hitting even close to their max bet limit that its very high.
For me it's crazy that my money are blocked without any reason for 2 weeks and that the department that should take care of the case is not even answering me back
Yea and it happens when i win 5 bets in a row and not when i'm making deposits over deposits...i told them i was available to share my monitor and show them whatever they wanted..dont know about your experience or why you claim such things on such a important topic without any proof but this is not the case.
Sorry to say that you are not the only person who is facing this kinda situation after winning big. We have seen many cases like this in the past where in some player use VPN or multiple account to place their bet. Even sometime platform lock withdrawal due to using same IP although it can't be a proper way of freezing players fund.
Have you contacted them through their forum account?

In one of the screenshot I see they are talking about IP and if this is the only case for Nitrogensports to find multi account then I am sorry this really do not help. I know in countries where they use share IP which means the ISP has number of IPs and the subscribers rotationally use the IPs. Even more than one user use the same IP at the same time.
Yeah you got it exactly. My opinion is same here and we all know that people use share IP. So it doesn't mean that if platform got multiple account using IP which means all they are connected accounts. If they get valid connection with another account by investigating deposit, withdrawal, personal information or anything else then it can be accepted but just based on share IP can't be a proper claim.
Few month earlier we got something similar where a user fund was locked on sportbet due to IP issue but at the end sportbet authority solved that.Lets see what Nitrogensports explain here from their end.
