I dont see any large blocks there. You probably mean value out? Those are transactions which are in the mined block but payout is always 4000. Click on the block and you will see "Generation..."

Exactly as I said before, the first transaction is the mined block ("Generation") and the rest are Transactions by users which are included in this block (in blue)
