Cointrader had this coin going over 200 sat at the btc price end of September (marketcap between $7.5m - 8.5M range) for December. Chart flipped at the start of October, does your trading platform still have the coin going over 200sat, my charts showing under 100 sat until next year?

You sound like someone who invested their life savings into this coin, if you can't stomach ups and downs in the market then use DCA tactic. Buy what you can afford each month and make sure it doesn't affect your quality of life.

I purchased coins a week ago and the price is down, no stress because i didn't bust the bank, if it goes to zero then tough shit it was my mistake.

When you invest in a project you take the risk.

Why did I invest in Gulden, because the developers kept their promises and developed what they said they would.

I am glad you making fun of this , it's easy to laugh when you have not invested in the coin. Raising the rewards betrays the trust of every holder because we accepted a reward rate of 100, by raising the reward rate it's no better then holding Euros or Dollars with quantitative easing. You debase the value of the currency.

You think we would be here today if bitcoin increased rewards by 50% every 4 years? It would never have gotten off the ground.

I want to start my own coin called Krustycoin.

I need advice on rewards.

1. Start at 200 and drop 10 coin each year?

Which coin will investors like more?

Low prices are best for members who like Gulden, on slack users are wanting the price to stay low to buy a large amount without having to spend a lot. We getting bargain prices because the reward went up by 10. Thanks 

The Gulden board stated they will review the rewards after awhile and was some heated discussions about it but short term they needed the funding to keep the development going. Most people I speak with can't understand why people are willing to sell coins at these prices but they all say it's because of the reward increase. Is 100 to 110 really a big problem?

I have asked Yobit to sort out Gulden wallet. I can trade on this exchange.

The rewards might of swayed initial sentiment but if the team is using it to survive they will need to release another project like phase 4. I personally believe Gulden is close to a fiat floor in price like many other alts.

I know buyers selling for a major loss and walking away because of the increase in rewards. It makes each coin less valuable the more supply that comes onto the market. In the case of Digibyte they have a decrease in rewards by 1% compounded every month, the buyers know acquiring coins gets harder. I bring this up because they are used an example to say the supply is much higher then Gulden, this is due to more exchanges and trader access and rewards decreasing each month.

The price has come down to make up for the increase in reward and future 10 increase for witness. It's safe to start buying at this levels for the future.

It has top 20 development but top 1000000 marketing.

Segsig only becomes active when phase4 starts. Because the blockchain is still backwards compatible with the old form of prewitness blocks, Segsig cannot be active without breaking the backwards compatibility.

SegWit is not just Blocksize. Gulden implemented only the parts they seemed beneficial. It therefor is an own developed version with it’s own name: (I keep confusingly mixing both names).

Phase4 includes the following: (SegSig is already implemented, Gulden calls it SegWit.)

COMPOUNDING OF EARNINGS
Option to automatically add the rewards you receive for being a witness to the existing locked balance of your witness account, this added amount increases your witness account weighting as if it were there from the accounts creation.

OPTIMISE YOUR ACCOUNT
The UI will provide a convenient single and simple to use interface (a single button you can press) to perform split/merge for you as appropriate without having to worry about the details yourself.

EXTEND YOUR ACCOUNT
Add more time and/or amount to an already locked account (restrictions apply)

ROTATE
You can change your witnessing key, for example in case you given it to a service like g-dash and don’t want that anymore, or have reason to believe your witnessing device was hacked, etc.

HIGHER REWARDS
Due to the decision to change the blockreward, witnesses will receive 30nlg reward in phase 4, in stead of the 20nlg one would receive in phase 3. Community member Aat created a nice overview of what expected rewards will be when phase 4 starts (based on the current witness accounts statistics, which are subject to change)

Gulden can be programmed like Bitcoin, but not yet to the extent as ETH is. But that is on the wishlist. You need the basics first (being a solid and fast and secure chain, which we have completed with phase4), than you can proceed with the more fancy stuff like tokens on top of Gulden.

Has Rijk put a Euro of his own money into Gulden ?
I do not know if he put a Euro from his own pocket into Gulden but everybody know he put few millions of gulden into his pockets !

Is the GAB going to do marketing with the dev funding?
It's supposed ...like premine was supposed too ...
It's to pay the developpers first ! ... Rijk is a developper ( UX Designer )  Will the GAB provide a transparency financial report ? or it will be dark like for premine and share ?
Marketing... may be if funds are enough ...
