It's considered a shitcoin by whales because Nocks only allows for 10000 deposit limit per month. How can whales pump a coin with low monthly limits.

The GAB has decided unanimously that the rewards need to be divided in another way. This is a
decision that is connected to the things decided in item 1. (Algorithm). There will be no deduction
in the number of Gulden in het block reward, but the Gulden in the block reward will be distributed
differently.
‐ Witness rewards go up to 30 nlg per block.
‐ Miners are the most important factor in the blockchain and therefor will still get the highest
reward. The reward will be lowered though, to 50 NLG per block.
Both parties (GAB and Gulden.com BV) have concerns about the current rate of Gulden and the
costs that are involded in the development. The burnrate of the development budget is currently
way to high to keep development going in the long run.
After a long debate at the table a unanimous decision was made to –as long as it is neededdistribute
20 NLG of the blockreward to Gulden.com B.V.

20G per block ... 576 blocks per day .... 210,240 block per year ....= 4,204,800 G per year just because you are worth it !

seems like Gulden is just copying the blueprint from Dash. Dash allows coin holders to receive part of the block reward and also uses part of the rewards to pay for marketing. Hopefully Gulden shows where the rewards are being spent. These new rewards being pulled out of the mining should be used to market Gulden also.

Nobody will buy the gulden, because its only bought in holland. The rest of the world never heard of the gulden. Everbody in holland that ever bought a altcoin already bought it in the past. the gulden needs new buyers. Maybe Rijk can buy some of his own shitcoin back to boost the gulden(will never happen)?

wow what the heck happend to Gulden? You go on the slack and there is no English spoken there. Bitcoin has more than tripled in the last few months and Gulden has gone down. Has everyone at Gulden just given up? I remember before they were always trying to speak English and seemed to have a lot going on. Now it just seems dead. I remember Gulden was in the top 100 coins. What do you suggest besides Marketing?

1- To guillotine Rijk
The major problem of the G is erased
2- Take the 170 millions of G from his pocket
3- Spend a least 100M G for marketing
With a marketing agency (no more stupid individual action : like golf tournament without ZeRo return)
4- Put G on all the bigs Exchanges

I would join the gulden slack to ask these questions as they have a support channel, but it's best to transfer out of the legacy accounts because your security phrase only restores non legacy accounts, if you want to keep your legacy account then you need a hard copy of wallet.dat.

Facebook coin will do good with price because Mr Z can pump it to the moon but it will still be backed by a centralized company who like to give out your personal information. It might do well with the older generation if they make it user friendly enough but old people don't like change. Instagram coin would perform better then facebook coin.

Gulden is not a shit coin, it has very good development with witnessing and linking of mobile wallets to desktop which is the first decentralized wallets to offer this feature. They just terrible at advertising. There is coins that don't have any development that have much higher marketcaps.
