Well there certainly isn’t going to be another bull run purely based on speculation after the massive bubble pop.
Personally I don’t think we will see it until 2020-2021, but you know, that’s just like, my opinion, man.

I am one of those who think the same way. I am sure that in 2019 there will be a bullish race but definitely not at the beginning of the year
in 2019 there may be Bullrun but in my opinion seeing the movement of the Crypto value is difficult for Bullrun. I hope there are miracles so that values can rise high and skyrocket higher and we can all be happy to get good results. enough in Crypto last year was very bad, the value was getting lower and lower. now back to giving beauty, hopefully the hopes of many people will soon be realized.
2019 will be the year of flat and accumulation. 2020 - may be the year of bullish rally.
Given the fact that BTC and all other Altcoins have very low prices and don't give signs to grow there aren't so many chances to be a bull run in the first part of 2019, or at least this is what i think.Maybe in the second part of the 2019 will be a increase of the market but it's nothing sure.
Bull run can come at anytime. People were just making baseless predictions then. The point is that, no one can actually say what the market will bring.

I have heard one theory today next bull run can happen only in 2021-2022. Till that time we will hit real bottom in a couple of months. The reverse movement will start at the end of 2019.

The price of bitcoin started on a brighter note this year with a slight pumping to $4K however a pullback is being experienced now hopefully the next pumping will triggers the expected bullish runs, be as it may a lot of predictions and speculations are all directed to pumping of the price of btc this year hopefully these predictions runs as expected.
